Nope, I would not take a pill. Thanks to this Community (High Heel Place) what I thought was a weird obsession/issuse/fetish is not, I have found I am not alone any more. I am not ashamed to say I like high heels or even to say to select people I wear high heels. I would tell everyone but they are so narrow minded they couldn't / wouldn't understand. I wouldn't change anything except to be able to wear high heels anytime I wanted to.

Depend on the time of the year. Spring / Summer - Skirt and heels Fall / Winter - Jeans and heels

Anyone else have an issue with the more decorative stitching on the rear pockets? I'd certainly appreciate the potential better feel of woman's jeans, but at least now, I really don't want such an obvious indication that they aren't men's jeans.

My first question would be, do you enjoy wearing high heels in public? If you do, stay with it, go different places, enjoy every minute of it, and be as positive as possible with any reaction or comments you might receive.

If it bothers you so much to wear high heels in public, don't do it. Keep wearing them around your home, if you like, and don't go out in public in them. If you still feel this way, don't wear them publicly. But if you still have a yearning to wear high heels in public, just take it nice and slowly and ease back into your public heeling.

Do what you feel is best for you. Be happy, not miserable. Good luck to you and keep us posted.

I have to correct my age of starting to wear heels. Eariler this week I was at my parnets house and found an old tack trunk from my middle school days (late 70's) and found an old pair of cowboy boots of mine with a 3" heel and a very tall shaft. So I guess I started wearing heels around 12 to 13 years old. I wish I could find another pair like them to add to my collection.

I work for an automotive shop supply company. I have seen everything from flip flops, crocs, workboots to ladies on extreme high heels and everything in between and everything from jeans, shorts to business suits, dresses to very miniskirts. I have always wondered how some of them get away with what they wear. My company has a dress code for the men and women sales reps in the field. I have seen all of the before listed shoes on women at their jobs.

Jwhite 44 I asked the same question back around the end of Aug or the 1st of Sept (socks or hose under the guys forum) or something to that meaning. The answers I got boiled down to depending on the fit of the shoe / boot. I know I am learning that with my foot that I have to buy 11's womens because my foot measures 10 & 1/2 womens and that I need insoles or thick socks in the size 11's. I enjoy the feel of hose over socks when I wear shoes ( Men's or Women's ) but I wear socks with my mens shoes and try to wear hose with my womens shoes because I enjoy the feel. I would like to know what most women wear under their boots socks or hose? I am wondering if it would come up with the same answers.

Onlyboots How well do they work under your jeans with all of those buckles? Are you able to keep all of the buckles quiet under your jeans? They are a great looking pair of boots.

Good look!! I see no problem wearing red. Back in the 80's and earily 90's when I was showing horses western pleasure riding I wore red and pink with my black felt hat and black chapps ( I know here come the jokes) because it looked good on me plus I got attention. If you are happy with the look then go for it.

DawnHH; I hope all is well with your back surgery. I know what you are going through, my dad turned his truck over back in April 07 and broke his back and I know what he has been through with his back this last 12 months. My sister lives in Carlisle, PA and I was there last summer 07 beautiful state. Acworth, GA is about 2 hrs west of me. It is not that far of a drive the atlanta traffic is the killer. I am sorry to roniheels and docs41 for not getting back to the 2 of you sooner and saying Thank You for your reply. I kind of forgot about my introduction thread because I get so excited to read everyone elses threads every night when I get home. I have got to figure out how to search the members data base to find out if anyone lives near me.

I am hoping to go out soon and do some street heeling but due to being a dad sometimes my personal wants have to wait plus where I live is kind of a rural area so I do have to be careful of where I go.

secondtake20 If you have the same size feet as me, then I commend you. But I take a size 10 US women's and for me 5+ is really high. But keep an eye on the Freestyle Fashion Pictures thread as I'll be sure to post pics there.

I wear a womens size 11, but I am really a 10 & 1/2. Mine are a little lose with a single pair of hose and been meaning to try the with trouser socks. I have had the on for a full day with no issuses, but I was only around the house and barn (No Street heeling) still working up to it. Thank You in advance for the coming pictures.

I wish I could be there, but due to being a divorced dad I get my kids every weekend (Thank God) so my personal pleasures come second. I wish everyone a safe trip there & back and enjoy the meet. I agree!! I just read the posts and learn what I can from the ladies.

I just won a pair of boots on ebay today, I already have them pair for so I'm hoping I'll have them in about 2 weeks. If i'm not mistaken they're Domina 2000 by Pleaser. the heel is over 5 inches which is higher than anything I have without a platform, I know walking in them is gonna take some work for me.

I have the same boots and they are no problem for me to wear. The heel on my pair is 5 & 1/2 inches.
