I wouldn't call normal clothes and heels fancy dress. Best to choose a famous female and try to look/dress as them or a female character ie female pirate.

Patent black courts with strap. I have a similar pair in plain black which I really like so when I saw these I had to get them. I recently started liking patent shoes. Like the wedges, good for public wearing as not as noticable that they are high heels, especially if wearing longer trousers or jeans. Everyone should have a pair of black court shoes

Ultra slim stiletto heels has worked for me. Sometime an image search is good as if you click on an image it takes you to a website where you can buy the shoes pictured or it may give details of the make/model of the shoes pictured.
