  1. Yeah they are Trib Toos. You can tell by the thick sole and the double front seams.

I don't see why they wouldn't get regular use. They are apparently super comfy for the style and also they have a massive platform so they only feel like 4 inch heels.

I dont know what has become of me all of a sudden.. I used to be a big fan of these, but for some reason the "hidden " plat reminds me of ..here i go.. orthpedic shoes... there i said it... I know there are other models that do not have the hidden plat but actually have a plat that you can kind of see(Or where it starts)... not like what your mistress would wear when visiting your favorite Dungeon years ago - before this style become so popular.

  2. Thanks for the replies... i thought they were ESL'S so beautiful i absolute love those shoes.. too bad that fall is here... and speaking of fall... the french woman who had a mishap... that looked kinda painful... you can tell from her walk that she knows how to manage very high heels.. i think it was the carper and those damn stairs!

  3. My Browser is screwing up again.... let me try this again... I dont know what it is that you have to do to get your parcel, but i hope it goes smoothly. I have never been exposed to Nepali women before, so for me it was a treat(besides the Pakistani fish) I wanted to hear all about the area. I love to Travel, so anytime i get to hear about a place that i have not been to it's a double win for me. I have heard some good things and some not so good.... i throw em all in abowl mix it up and i come out with my own opinion. Thanks for the reply.

  4. I'm glad that you were able to order a pair. they look great. Please tell us how you like them when they arrive. I met a lovely woman from Nepal not too long ago.. she was working in Pakistani resturant..she replaced another young woman also from the same neck of the woods... tell you what.. from what i have seen so far there are a lot of good looking women there! They have great Fashion sense too!

  5. I see the same thing EVERY weekend in manhattan.there isn't much left in manhattan except for certain parts of downtown- I dont know about any other of the 5 bouroughs. Cobblestone will make for some very treacherous navigating.. i'm sure in Europe there are still many Cobblestone roads, walks etc... I always see and it burns me up to no end.. to see a woman(mostly) having a hard time in her CL's or any other heels(his shop is right around the corner) with her companion or caveman( i wont call him a man because no man would do this)- walking far ahead of her beckoning for her to "Hurry Up what's taking you so long". I just want to scream.. I see women arm n arm walking all the time down there because they know what each other is going to have to go through..they use each other for support. If they could only walk a mille in THEIR shoes they would understand. I am a bit of a romantic, so i enjoy holding hands and walking arm/arm..if i am being used for support then so be it.

  6. sleek, you have great taste in loafers... i dont think i have ever seen a loafer with an slingback before.. and as for all of the rest that you posted they are just beautiful... just the thing to bring out in the fall.. i'm so sick of seeing FF's I hate when the season goes from Nice hot sunny weather to fall but this is one way to ease into it- with a nice pair of loafers such as you picked out. Thanks for the reply.

  7. Lets see the maryjane heels!

I'll see if i can ger her to send a picture of them.. she picked them out i'm not sure where she got them from... but they were pretty sexy..

Daniel, Thanks for the link.. Aldo has some of the nicest shoes around.. funny thing when you go to the link you gave me the shoes were not in the "loafer" section.. they were in the HH section. I guess their webmaster does not know his shoes!.

Yes she does like to keep me guessing just as long as she keeps "guessing" the right kind of footware!
