  1. Danielp6404 - the boots look great on you, even better than they do an the Aldo website! God I'm envious. I plan to wear my over skinny jeans when I'm out and about away from my home area, and under jeans daily when I'm at home. That's the beauty of them, they look great enough to show off but can be discrete enough so as not to shout 'hey I'm a guy wearing womans boots' - brilliant! I will add some pictures of me wearing mine as soon as I have them!

  2. All the time! I spend far to much on boots that I know I will only ever wear indoors. Aldo boots are my main vice, there size 9's are pretty good. If I want to splash out I love www.italianheels.com - I have a pair of Amanda thigh boots.

I am just arranging to have a custom pair of crotch high boots made by imakebootsngloves - as recommended by a fellow hhplace user.

  3. I am a guy who mainly likes wearing high heeled boots with my normal guy clothes - under jeans. My limited street heeling is constrained to this dress code. For me I want to be a guy in heels. But ........, I have experimented with items of womans clothing, I have a black leather mini skirt from oasis and a suspender belt and stockings. I only wear these on rare occasions and it's more about showing off and seeing my boots rather than them being hidden under my jeans. I never go for make up or wearing womans clothes on my upper body. I couldgo without the skirt etc, that's just a personal enjoyment factor. I could not give up heels though - I just hope that societys attitude towards men who want to wear what are currently considered to be womans heels changes for the better - and soon!

  4. Hi, I am looking to buy myself a pair of new boots. I have thigh and knee high boots so fancy something a bit taller! So am going to treat myself to a pair of crotch high boots. I have about £250 - £300 to spend. They must be leather, pointed toe style with a 4 - 5 inch stiletto heel. Anyone got anything similar? Or can anyone point me in the direction of a descent company / website? Thanks!

  5. Hi there, I am looking to treat myself to some new boots and have seen two pairs I really like in OK magazine. It the 4th August edition (issue 685) Both pairs of boots are being modelled by Katie Price aka Jordan. The first pair are on page 51 - not sure if the are Louboutins? The second pair are on page 60 - I love these, must have them! Please let me know if you can ID either of them. I promise to add some pictures when I get them. Thanks.

  6. For me it's simple, 'womans boots' look great, there is a massive choice of styles. They feel great on, physically and comfort wise and most importantly - I enjoy wearing them. I just wish it was more socially acceptable to wear them in public.

  7. Good point, I'm just not sure I would have the confidence to walk on by and not care. I have / do street heel in areas I know are going to be quiet. I tend to wear long jeans so I can pull them down low to hide the heels. I'm sure the pointed toe and telling heel noise gives me away. I've never had any adverse comments, just not sure I'm ready for a busy area?

  8. Slept in my Aldo Volpert knee high boots last night! Had to take them off at 3 am though. But as my other half was away I could just leave them by the side of the bed (I usually have to hide them) It was great getting up this morning 'zipping' my boots up and having breakfast.

  9. It has to be boots for me, although I am torn between knee and thigh boots. But, the sheer choice in styles are versitility of knee high boots means they have to win. I'm wearing my black leather Aldo Volpert knee high boots now. God I love boots, if only it were acceptable to wear them out without idiots pointing!
