Come on then ladies, 'fess up! Are you a budding Imelda Marcos  Don't say you've lost count, go and have a look now, and if you have got quite a few, where do you keep them all?

Hiya, Well I must have a least 90 pairs but haven't counted them for a while. Running out of storage space actually  Still I will always find room for one more......

Not as many as Deb, however, somewhere between 50 and 60 some of them dont get much use those in use (35) sit on a three tier rack. Inga

Pretty good aren't they - those racks. I'll probably get more soon although they don't work to well with boots, any suggestions for boot storage, as I have 15 pairs. Inga

Could be jealous to. Probably go out and buy a new pair, simular to your's but in Oxford style, haven't got many pairs in this form, they're great for walking in. Enjoy your shoes! Hope they said this, usually do to me, but I do buy a lot. Inga

I have a feeling that Oxford styles will be important to me when I try and push past five inches. They may offer the support I need. I also love how Oxfords look. Like we took a normal, boring shoe and fancied it up with sexual overtones. That should make the men take notice.

Bowler hats? What year is this? And hey, I have my eye on a nice pinstripe suit at one of my favourite shops. Add a white blouse with a nice collar, some stiletto heels, and it screams sexy professional. Umbrellas? Useless in cold weather with snow. But I love your take on Wall Street.

I think my trainer may recommend 49 more posts as the practice time. A month at most would be enough to be ready to move out of kitten heels if you were not used to them. If you had good balance, you could move to something three inches in a few weeks.

Wall Street, now you,ve got to be an expert here if you want to make an overnight killing. Me well I've got some Australian stocks, mostly blue chips so growth is slow but sure. I've had a winner in the past, put A$10,000 into a resources stock care of a brokers tip, what do you know week later walked away with A$20,000. The tax killed me anyhow. Oh, and losers, technology stocks, purchased one for $6 per share it went to $17, looking good but then it crashed, got out at 60cents, big loss! Inga

Well I wish I did Tacchi Alti, but the truth is I haven't, sure I own some stock, but ain't no Murdoch, Gates etc. Tip it in? Forget the Casino etc style of gampling, I know you've got no hope here. By the way Debbie's got heaps more (shoes) than me, think she's somewhere near three figures. My collection so far is 15. Miserable, right ? I get my shoes from overseas so I rarely get a chance to shop for a pair of heels here. Storing them is not a problem as I have lots of space in my wardrobe. I have placed some dehumidifiers to get get rid of moisture as I have already ruined 2 of my favourite pairs of patent pumps. I sympathise about the humidity Nata, it's a real pain here in the summer too. You are right Inga, I must have over a hundred now, haven't counted recently though. Debbie

Yeah, Debbie. I have lots of mothballs and dehumidifiers in the wardrobe for that purpose. Every two weeks, I will take the shoes out, give them a good coating of shoe polish and one final coat of Armor All Protectant to seal the coat. Can't take any risks against the elements, especially when all these shoes are presents from my daddy.

Cheers,

Nata

I have about: 80 pairs of "sensible" heels ranging from 4-6" 30 pairs of platforms ranging from 6"-8" (and soon hopefully higher!) 10 pairs of platform wedges 20 pairs of trainers/flip flops etc So that's about 140 pairs!

I was shocked to count only 72. I thought it was many more. But when I find a syle I like I tend to get them in every available color. So..... lots of those 72 are really the same shoes. Jenny
