So I've had it. Hate the phone, keys, money, wallet, change, etc. in my pockets when I go out. When I go out at night, I normally just carry my phone and my keys in my hand because I don't like how it sits in my pants or jeans. Talking with my gf, we were looking at some options. Then I found this:

For those of you that don't know, Coach is the sh*t lol. This is a small wristlet that is only 6-7" long. If fits perfectly in your hand. I have been sporting it the past two night (with heels of course) out in public. You feel so much more comfortable when you sit. Plus, it's a Coach..like come on now. So fashionable. Hope you guys like it!

I've got two bags that were technically made for women, but they're perfectly unisex in appearance. One of them looks like a small briefcase, and the second one is more like a messenger bag. I've tried to wear bags with "vertical" belt (it was on the same side that the bag was, most women prefer this style), but I found it uncomfortable as the bag tends to fall down. Any hints not to let that happen? "Diagonal" belt (like the postmen use) proved more comfortable, but it's harder to unbutton my blazer/ coat etc., and I've got to put the belt over my neck everytime I want to take the bag off.

What is good for a goose, can be good for any gender!

Those are nice but Coach's prices make me cringe. I'm carrying less and less in my pockets; this may be worth looking into.

I've got three words: Digital Camera Bag. Most are roomy enough to allow you to fit in phone, keys and wallet. I found I can even get a passport into mine as well as all the other stuff and the camera.
