It's always comforting to know that I'm not the only one with size problems, quite the contrary as many of you have LARGER feet the I. I do wish I had a smaller foot sometimes, maybe a size or two, but I also have the hope of being a bit taller so it's quite a paradox.

6' (182cm). I'm cautious with door frames when in my 6" (15cm) heels, as the door frames around here are *mostly* 6'6" (198cm). No problems in anything shorter. Wouldn't mind being a few inches shorter for wearing heels without drawing undue attention outside, but being "the crane" has its uses, especially when setting up speakers on PA rigs.

I've now left HHPlace. Feel free to use the means listed in my profile if you wish to contact me.

5ft 10.5" and no probs with doorways in any heels I wear. Top end of UK womens shoe size depending upon style and width. TB2

Are you confusing me with someone who gives a damn?

6' tall bare foot for me. Wearing anything up to 5 inches I don't have any problems. The only time I have to duck is in my kitchen with that damn ceiling fan light. I told my wife it needs to be raised

Wow, I feel really short.

Well, don't. I seriously doubt that most of the posters on this forum wear heels because they feel vertically challanged. Most of us simply harbor a passion for fashion. As for me, I started out at about 70", but a medical condition has caused my spine to collapse. :D So now I'm about 66" in stockings. Thankfully, a pair of 3" to 4" heels can get me back to where I was before.

Keep on stepping,

I'm six feet tall barefoot and wear three inch heels so that makes me six foot three in heels and it's true ducking is an issue with me too.

Well I'm 5'5" in socks. And I deffinately don't wear heels to make me seem taller. I think my height (or lack there of) allows me to wear heels without alot of ppl noticing. The only ppl who would notice if I'm taller than I should be are the ppl who're around me alot. And some ppl that I've told that I like to wear heels, first thing out of their mouths is "Why, cause you're so short you want to be taller?" And then when I try to explain to them no, they give me that typical "Oh yeah, sure!" Really bugs me. So when they do shut up to listen I tell them "I don't wear heels cause I'm short, It's cause I'm short that I can wear heels!" And by no means am I saying tall ppl shouldn't wear heels. It's just when you see a really tall person you tend to look them up and down more than someone who's (for arguement's sake) 5'5 - 6'. I really didn't intend for this to be so long, guess I had more to say than I thought  Laters!
