pussyinboots Posted June 22, 2005 Posted June 22, 2005 I thought that James Thompson was the reigning British touring Car Champion? Does this article cover exercises for driving racing cars as well? (joke) "Good Girls keep diaries....Bad Girls just don't have the time...!:icon_twisted:"

sendra45 Posted June 24, 2005 Posted June 24, 2005 'My husband is a freak about high heels. He thinks they're very sexy," says sports therapist Yamuna Zake. does that make us Freaks? or is it New York talk for enthusiast? I need to know. Nigel. The angels have the phonebox.
stilettolover Posted June 25, 2005 Posted June 25, 2005 I have used those funky wooden "beads in a frame" which you place on the floor and massage your feet on them, so maybe there is some value in those spiky rubber things, as far as circulation stimulus, etc. Probably couldn't hurt to try them with the exercises. Heels Are GRRREAT!!! S.L.
bladerunner Posted June 25, 2005 Posted June 25, 2005 not a bad article,i often get pains after a while in heels, mihgt see if the exercising works. I just love those suede heels!!!!!
