How HIGH a Stiletto (WITHOUT Platforms!) can you wear?

My highest ones without platforms have a 13 cm heel, so that's about 5 inches. But I don't wear them very often.

It's incredible how some of you can even handle 6 inches or more, but I think that's also a matter of shoe size. With my size 37 a 6 inch heel would already be close to vertical.
