Anne_Louise Posted September 17, 2004 Posted September 17, 2004 Just a thought for all you men in the U.K. who would like to go out in your heels but don't have the courage. There is a 'Wacky Walk' day tomorrow for Children in Need and you can find out where the nearest one is to you. I don't know the number but the B.B.C. Helpline should provide it. I gather you just have to turn up and do the walk, presumably collecting on the way. You could wear your heels quite openly then! I just thought it might help some of you if you hadn't already heard about it. A.L.
Rockpup Posted September 17, 2004 Posted September 17, 2004 Is this event organized by the Ministry of Silly Walks? (formerly known as "JimC")
Bubba136 Posted September 17, 2004 Posted September 17, 2004 Didn't Francis participate in this charity event a couple of years ago? (I think he even posted pictures of himself wearing some wicked platform thigh boots) Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public.
hoverfly Posted September 17, 2004 Posted September 17, 2004 Is this event organized by the Ministry of Silly Walks? Naah....I think it would be the Ministry of Quacks !!! Hello, my name is Hoverfly. I’m a high heel addict…. Weeeeeeeeeee! 👠1998 to 2022!
asdf174 Posted September 17, 2004 Posted September 17, 2004 I think thats pretty cool. If I lived in the U.K. I would do it. It's all good. ~Arron.
