BTW, I was wearing my 4" tan boots (same design as my aviator, just tan instead of black) at the time. Took my sis-in-law car shopping and then the mall/chucky cheese after while wearing them.

Tonight is Saturday and I'm in San Diego having JUST filed my flight plans at the Pilots Center. :D MY personalized plates say TITL8 . . . and are not from either place. Sorry! :) NAMASTE', Anita C.

Anita, what destination? (I sure hope it wasn't Ft. Lauderdale or West Palm Beach) (One of the reasons I quit flying is that I heard all pilots die :D ) )

On a more serious note, the C-130 has had its share of accidents. A good friend of mine from New Orleans died in a C-130 accident in North Carolina in the early 90s.

And I always thought it was divers that died. There are good divers and old divers but no good old divers, but maybe your right Bubba, there are no good old pilots either. To Anita Having a twin engine licence I would have thought you could twiddle any knob you choose with either hand, so whats this about, its difficult to tune the radio and heater control with your left hand. Jeff
