Given your height I would look for control top hosiery in queen 3 size. There is a site called hosierybox dot com and they carry a queen 4 size among the brands they carry. I do keep my legs smooth but do like the look and feel of hosiery. I have often advised to wear hose if one is going shoe shopping. I hope this helps you.
