meganiwish Posted August 14, 2021 Posted August 14, 2021 One for the Brits only, I suspect. The world became a coarser place with her passing. A lovely gentle lady, bubbly as a youngster and gracious as she aged. One of her things on the BBC programme Room 101 was 'people who talk too loudly'. (I'm in complete agreement.) She couldn't find anything worse about anyone. Another was moths, because they made a hole in her dressing gown. This was not someone who was at odds with the world. I'm glad she lived to a good age, and may she be somewhere comfortable where people talk quietly and her dressing gown is safe from moths. 2
Shyheels Posted August 14, 2021 Posted August 14, 2021 I knew her only as Mrs Hudson in Sherlock, which she did delightfully. Seemed like a lovely lady
at9 Posted August 14, 2021 Posted August 14, 2021 I remember her in "Until Death us do Part". Showing my age:)
