Trouble at the top BBC2 this evening ! at 2150 features Terry de Haviland, the famous mega-plat shoe designer of the late 80s and 90s. ...edit I removed the URL which was day-dependent. I forgot that T D-H was designing mainstream couture plats in the early 70s. I was an impoverished student at the time, so the thought of affording them never occurred.
