Shyheels Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 (edited) I have just returned from a long-haul business trip - one in which the person in the company for which I work booked me in first class rather than business. A pleasant surprise wen I went to check in. On my outward leg I had breakfast in the dining room in the British Airways First Class lounge in Terminal 3 at Heathrow, a room whose decor would I am sure, meet with the hearty approval of members of HHP. The walls were lined with large, framed art-house black-and-white photographs of various high heeled shoes and shapely calves, presented graceful sculptures. There must have been fifteen or so of these prints on the walls, elegant and very tastefully done. I thought I would pass it on - if you happen to pass through there, look around at the walls. Alas my chances of an early return are fairly dim, I feel. I doubt this glimpse into the finer aspects of air travel represents any change of policy at headquarters, but it was very pleasant one-off surprise. Edited October 9, 2015 by Shyheels
BelleDeMer Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 Who knows, maybe the interior designer is an HH Place member ? 1 Be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it....oh!
vector Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 Nice decor, though I'll bet most of us would rather have the shoes in the pics, than the pics!
