Thighbootguy
Since it is a 2" platform, it looks like a 5" block heel which means the heel height you are experiencing is about 3". Can you walk in a 3" heel? It may be that that a platform tat high may take some getting used to but the only advice I can give is: practice, practice and more practice. If small steps are all you can manage, take what you can get and slowly make them bigger steps. The platform may require to pay more attention to balance but again: practice, practice and more practice. By the way... Nice boots. I dream of a world where chickens can cross roads without having their motives questioned.

Shafted
It may have something to do with the compound the soles are made of. (maybe too soft causing instability) Shafted, the boots that is! pebblesf
Boot/heel design/construction make all the difference when it comes to ease of walking. Proper fit is key as well. I can walk more easily/confident in my Jessica Simpson boots with 5" heels, than some other boots I have with 3-4" heels.
Shafted
Im not following you there The sole might be to soft causing it to squash in unpredictable ways. Shafted, the boots that is!
