bionicbabe Posted September 17, 2014 Posted September 17, 2014 I was thinking of buying some heated insoles for my heels for the winter, anyone ever tried those?
Shafted Posted September 17, 2014 Posted September 17, 2014 Didn't know they even made them. Link? Shafted, the boots that is! View my gallery here http://www.hhplace.o...afteds-gallery/ or view my heeling thread here http://www.hhplace.org/topic/3850-new-pair-of-boots-starts-me-serious-street-heeling/ - Pm me if you want fashion advice or just need someone to talk to.
radiodave Posted September 17, 2014 Posted September 17, 2014 Some friends of mine have used them when they go running in the colder months, supposedly they work well. I don't know how much thickness they add, however.
bionicbabe Posted September 17, 2014 Author Posted September 17, 2014 I just googled them, amazon i believe sells them, but I would think having a warm foot would allow it to flex longer and better in heels if your wearing ultra ones
Shyheels Posted September 17, 2014 Posted September 17, 2014 I've used little heating packs in my boots in Antarctica and the Arctic - but not in heels, obviously
mtnsofheels Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Gotta tell you that having some heated insoles right now is a very wishful thought! At -25c/-14F in western Canada tonight heated toes are needed for heeling! As well as some other cold weather cloting too!
