I wonder if you can actually walk in them because they don't look sturdy.

Why would they be when they were never intended to be worn.

Remember, what you are looking at is a photograph of a piece of artwork created for a museum exhibition, which a company is fraudulently trying to pass off as a genuine item of footwear.

the ultimate (punishment-) heel (to Louboutin), and no probably they're not wearable... :) as you can see the balletdancers foot is in 1 shoe already very overstretched, much more than in a regular balletheel or as she would stand tiptoe on her balletflats... so even she/trained balletheel-wearers probably wouldn't be able to stand straight in them??
