Remember, what you are looking at is a photograph of a piece of artwork created for a museum exhibition, which a company is fraudulently trying to pass off as a genuine item of footwear.

Roberto74 Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 the ultimate (punishment-) heel (to Louboutin), and no probably they're not wearable... as you can see the balletdancers foot is in 1 shoe already very overstretched, much more than in a regular balletheel or as she would stand tiptoe on her balletflats... so even she/trained balletheel-wearers probably wouldn't be able to stand straight in them??
