The research earned them the 2011 Ig Nobel prize for medicine. "When people reach a point when they are in so much pain they just can't stand it anymore, it was like being drunk," said Snyder, a professor of neurology at Brown University in Providence, R.I. "The ability to hold information was really impaired," he said." THAT was worth a Nobel prize? Seriously? Really? I hope more people get a laugh out of it as I did! Did you even bother to see that I got a laugh out of it and hoped others would as well? Some of us are capable of understanding humor in these bad times were all living through these days. I guess what we all could do is drink a lot of water and hold it instead of spending cash on beer! Same effect at a cheaper rate! REPEATEDLY ARGUMENTATIVE, INSULTING AND RUDE. BANNED FOR LIFE.
