Trolldeg Posted May 1, 2003 Posted May 1, 2003 ordered these from Fuss the other week, hoping they will arrive tomorrow friday:
shyguy Posted May 1, 2003 Posted May 1, 2003 Wow trolldeg, love those second pair. WOOT now. great shoes. Shyguy He was so narrow minded he could see through a keyhole with both eyes. Brown's Law: If the shoe fits, it's ugly
High Surprise Posted May 1, 2003 Posted May 1, 2003 Hej Trolldeg - Very very nice!!! Hmmmmmmm. I'll be looking out for you in the street of Sweden
jo Posted May 1, 2003 Posted May 1, 2003 Nice and high! Superb. Like the ankle strap sandals the best.
zorro071214 Posted May 1, 2003 Posted May 1, 2003 That´s Nice shoes Trolldeg.Take the secon model and put an 6" heel and you get what i bought of highluc(impossible mission 3 to walk in).I prefer the first ones that has an ankel strap. Easier to keep on the foot then. Keep up the heeling. Jankas I am who I am and no one else/Jankas
mk4625 Posted May 2, 2003 Posted May 2, 2003 Very beautiful. They probably wouldn't look good on me. I like to keep more of my foot covered. But I would like to see them on a lady. Michael
Bubba136 Posted May 2, 2003 Posted May 2, 2003 I like the first pair better, also. Will you wear them to class? Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public.
Robert Posted May 2, 2003 Posted May 2, 2003 Hi Trolldeg, I like the first pair, these are super elegant. Boots, fascinating footwear http://s70.photobucket.com/albums/i103/Boots_1956/
High Surprise Posted May 2, 2003 Posted May 2, 2003 Any chance of seeing what they look like on Trolldeg?
Trolldeg Posted May 2, 2003 Author Posted May 2, 2003 wow, lots of replies! I recieved the shoes today, but since I was helping a friend move into her new appartment I only had a chance to try them on briefly. I'll check them out more when I get hom to night. Unfortunately the sandals are a tad bit small. It's a little bit easier to get them on with stockings. Do you think the leather will stretch some in the toe part? I just need a bit of stretching for them to be ok. I also noticed that the heels seemed to flex a bit. The mules are much better, I'll wear them as indoor slippers until the occasion arises. The sandals I'll be wearing to school, yes. But I'm waiting for warmer weather. You want photos? I'll try to fix some...
Yamyam Posted May 3, 2003 Posted May 3, 2003 Pictures are always good (now that I have high-speed connectivity ) They are nice, although again, I wouldn't wear them myself. But I look forward to hearing how you get on in them. Obsessed is such a strong word. I prefer to think of myself as "differently enthusiastic"
Trolldeg Posted May 4, 2003 Author Posted May 4, 2003 I've decided that the sandals will have to be indoor party shoes. The heel flexes too much in under the shoe if I try to walk any distance at normal speed. The mules on the other hand, will probably be summer favorites...
Sit Posted May 5, 2003 Posted May 5, 2003 I like the boots. It would look nice with riding pants like on that jodhpur fetish site.
HHfanatic Posted May 13, 2003 Posted May 13, 2003 Hei Trolldeig, Very nice, liked the strappy one best.
jim Posted May 16, 2003 Posted May 16, 2003 Troldeg.... What very cool shoes you've bought! I like them both, but if I had to choose, then the first pair would be the ones I would take. Those mules are a classic and I like them a lot.I have just "discovered" mules myself and have added a 2 pairs to my closet of late. Wearing backless shoes dose require a different approch tho...but I think that's part of their charm. btw...do you think these shoes run true to size ?? regards jim
HHfanatic Posted May 16, 2003 Posted May 16, 2003 Would it be possible to make a thin support between the heel and the sole to avoid the flexing of the heel. Could have been made out of 3-4 mm plexiglass I have a pair of 6" boots with the same problem.
