Have dealt with them many times since. They are very honest, no re stocking fee, and very nice to deal with. Thats my experience. I'm also on there email list. They have such a variety of everything. In all cases I simply walked into their store, asked for what I wanted, and was treated with 100% professionalism. I made it a point to thank them for their courteous service ... after all, if a guy can walk in and buy a french maid outfit and a pair of locking heels (vanity-434) over the counter and be treated respectfully, they've got my money.
