Almost every store at the mall had big signs advertising 40%, 50%, 60% discounts. I made a beeline for my favorite shoe store, Nine West. Like a kid in a candy store, I wanted everything, but had to focus my desires. Finally, I decided on two pairs of 4 1/2" black stiletto, high ankle boots, one pair in suede, lace up style, and another pair in zip-up leather, with a slightly thinner heel. jwhite44 Posted December 29, 2008 Share Posted December 29, 2008 If I was looking for them, I'd go with the leather one. I'm not thrilled with the style of the suede. If you're plan on wearing it out, the hidden platform/sole of the suede one could be better (if you are looking for some discretion) vs the more obvious sole of the leather one. The suede also has a slightly thicker heel, though I'm not sure why the color of the tip is different. The suede is a lot cheaper though. roz Posted December 29, 2008 Share Posted December 29, 2008 I went to Browns in London yesterday and managed to get a pair of Louboutin Trotte Avec Moi boots for £300, loads of really good deals in there on Louboutins so they're well worth looking at.
