She and her bf knows about my heels wearing. I even lent her some knee high platform boots 2 years ago for Halloween. I said to her that there was no way I'd wear them in front of everyone! To that she replied "If you did, you'd get nothing but respect for being able to walk in those!" LOL So now I'm torn, I'm into some crossdressing but I don't have full gear. Also some bondage as well. If I do it, I'll put on my 5.5" black patent ankle boots instead since the platform boots are a bit tight. Because of that, I don't know how long I could wear them. On that note, I've been told to practice. I'm out of work now and my friend (another friend) said "then you need to practice". She also mentioned she'd beat me if I didn't do it LOL So, how long per day should I wear my boots? I don't walk around a whole lot. Doing chores is hard on the back with them on as well. I have to hunch over too much doing dishes for example. And, what else should I wear? I don't want to shock people too much (I already don't have a lot of friends LOL ). I was thinking the boots, hose, I might have a skirt that fits (I gained weight) but I don't have much for above the waist. I was also thinking of using my studded collar and my locking wrist cuffs. jwhite44 Posted October 22, 2008 Share Posted October 22, 2008 ILuvHeels, do you have any other shoes available? You sound a bit reluctant for your heel wearing / crossdrossing to come out. If that's the case, I'd suggest trying to be more conservative in your clothes for the party. Since it's "just a costume", you might to wear things that you easily pick up from local stores: heels from Payless, skirt from Lane Bryant, other costume accessories from maybe Halloween stores, etc. You're bound to have someone ask you, "Where did you get your shoes?" You don't want to say, "Well, there's this little store in London that does custom work..." 5 1/2" black patent ankle boots I'm not sure you could just buy off the rack, plus even if they were, they may not be cheap. I certainly wouldn't pay $100 for a pair of boots that I'm pretending to be just part of a costume for one party. For what to wear, local Halloween stores likely have an adult French Maid costume. That would give you a frilly (short) dress, maybe lace gloves, etc. Then you add heels, maybe a wig, and makeup, and you are done. One store I've been in, they sell high heel stores and boots to got with outfits (I take a large size, they were all too small for me). In terms of how long per day to practice, I'd think you'd want to work up to however long you'll need to wear them on your Halloween party. Assuming you're not going to take them off during the party, then that is from the time you leave your house/apt, thru the party, until the time you return. If you can't handle 2hrs continuous at home, you're not ready for a 3hr party. If you want to have some fun with it, and actually do a good job at the same time, maybe you can tell your woman friend, "I'll go to the party, but only if you help me." This could be going out to do the shopping (outfit, maybe shoes if you need them, accessories), then certainly on Halloween night, putting on your makeup for you. Who better to help you look like a decent woman than a woman herself. You might go over to her place a few hours before the party, and get dressed there. Let us know how things make out. What I'm more worried about is not being able to tough the evening out. I don't have any money at the moment for other shoes. The other shoes I have are all 5.5" and a pair of ballet boots. Those knee high boots are a bit small for me... but everyone at that party already know I have those. I'm not sure if I should show more of my collection lol. When I went up to the next size (from a 10 to 11) I found I was able to wear a 5 & 1/2 inch heel for long periods with out all of the pain. I seemed to have lost my drive for alot of things. All I have are pics that cut just above the boots. There are no heel shots I thought that with all the pics that were taken, I'd at least get a couple of decent ones! Alas... it was not to be. I wanted to take pics of myself that night once I got home. I get home, still in heels of course... climbed 4 flights of stairs! Once I'm in my apt. I then realize that I left my camera in my truck!
