  1. Johnieheel. I will definitely be at the Canton, Ohio Heel Meet. I will be wearing a blue jean skirt, 6" high heel, thigh high boots w/ spurs. I have been on Map Quest for hours and will probabily get lost anyway. OOOOH what misfortune, I will probabily have to stop several times to get directions. Wobbles. You don't scare me. Chain saws are heavy. With that load, I am betting I can out run you in 6" heels. Mike

  2. Hobbists. I am not sure I would consider having a car as being a hobbie. I own a 1957 Chevrolet. It's not mint, but it is pristine. I have seen mint condition rebuilt Chevys. Those people do not drive those cars, they are all trailered. I drive mine. It is matador red with a white top. V6, 2 door sedan. All original--unrestored. The weather is getting cold now, so there are few crusins -ins anymore. This month ( Nov.) I will be putting it away for the winter. Mike

  3. Asa Valen. You have something of a point. I don't like the term " Do you always wear womans high heel shoes?" or " Why do you wear womans clothes?" If I have on high heels, those are my shoes. No woman ever wore them or owned them. High heels are seen being worn by women more often (except in the midwest) than you see men wearing them. However, I endever to change that. For me they are not a sexual thing, they are just my clothes. Mike

  4. Thightbootguy. I think you think your the only person here with an opinion or a thought. I didn't read down as far as your post dated 10-29-2010. Until just now. My hope was simply to spark some drive into those among us that have trouble ventureing out in high heels. Using the cover of darkness or driveing miles away form home to satisify there special needs. Needs we all have, or some of us. Asa Valen & JeffB. I like what you had to say. I think Thighbootguy is taking meanie lessons from Bubba136. No offence Bubba. Mike

  5. JeffB. Well here we go again, philosophe on the run. STOP. Tonight I dressed in a corset, gartered hose, knee high boots (6" heel), w/ jeans and went to two (2) Goodwill stores. I was looking for a skirt. Found two (2). A jean skirt and a Brown swade leather skirt. The swade is a little tight but for $3.65 each, I'll take it. Drove to my local gas station to fill up, then over to a local bar. I changed into the jean skirt in the parking lot, put on my spurs and went into the bar and had a beer. Talked for a while to a guy seated next to me, finished my beer and came home. I didn't worry about the trip, I didn't fret about what anyone else thought, I didn't think of it as an outing, I gust went and did it. No one said anything anywhere. Well here I am alive and well, typing this. Lets all grow some gonads and live a little. Happy heeling. Mike

  6. Johnieheel. I don't wear high heels with platforms. They will be 6" high heel, thigh high boots and spurs. You will probably hear me coming befor you see me coming. Why is your date going to pick the heels you wear to the meet? AHH, I know, She has better taste than you. I can't wait until the 6th. Mike

  7. Elegant. Classy outfit. I would wear the same thing, and do, only with a leather skirt and higher spiked heels. Check the photos on (Real Life Meetings) 10-05-2010, posted by iloveboots. Chicago Meet. Love the look. Mike

  8. Zack. I think it is great being able to converse with some one across the pond. Glad you joined the forum. I purchased a pair of Ellie #8260 shoes. They have a black patent body w/ red patent high heel. The heel was advertised as a 6" high heel, in size 13 US. When they arrivede they fit perfectly. However, the heel was a towering (7") seven inches. I wear 6" high spiked heels all day, at home, in public, etc. I wanted those shoes to wear every where, but that extra (1") one inch makes it impossible for public excursions. Hot Shoes. Mike

  9. HeelAddict99. I first became aware of Ableman Trading Co. When I found there Ad. in a magazine in a barber shop in Oakland, California. About 1968. I ordered a pair of Black Patent Leather Pumps w/ a 5" high heel. Those shoes were all custom made and not that expensive. I still have those pumps and they are still in great shape. The bad news is they closed thair doors about 1989, or 1998. Not sure of the exact date. However, I still have Christmas cards they sent to me and all of our transaction info..Including all the boots and shoes they made for me. Talk to Steve63130, He has been here and has seen most of those shoes. Mike

  10. HeelAddict99. YES. I use to send shoes to Ableman Trading Co. in Hong Kong and they would make an exact copy of the shoe I sent them. (Shoe size or style notwithstanding.) With material, color, heel height, all in my size. With the first pair, I sent a foot outline. Feet, ankle, leg, measurements, etc.. after that it all remained on file with them for future orders. Wish Ableman was still around. I am not familiar with these shoe makers. Mike

  11. Asa Valen-Heelster-UpBy5. This is NO brag. Today is my every day. Up at 0830hrs. Dressed in Tan jeans, a brown pull-over, 6" black patent oxfords spiked high heels. Left the house for doctors appointment, then stopped into Cord camera shop, then Allens coin shop, then Best Buy, then art supply shop, then grocery shopping at Meijers, and back home. At no time did I ever change shoes. Only my Endocrinologest remarked " Those are interesting shoes" Nothing from anyone, anywhere else. Don't let your fears dominate you. However, I have had several years of martial arts training. But, You only live once, ( where have I heared that) make the most of it. Mike.

  12. Elegant. Thank you for posting so many pictures of the people of Poland. It is the up close and personal I love to see. It is also the closest I will ever get to see your homeland. Usualy, I do not like the photos you post becouse they are to far out, freeky, weard and strange. Go figure-I like strange. Note: Didn't see any people wearing high heels in these photos. Mike

  13. Pussyinboots. The 97 age remark was not makeing referance to you. I was making a joke about QOH/Gina. Look under her avatar, she is now 100yrs. old. NO-NOT WITH THAT BODY. Thank you for the custom shoe makers I.D.s. Of them, do you prefer one over the other? Have you had shoes/ high heels made by any of them? Much love. Mike.

  14. Anyone. If I find a shoe, not in my size, and want to send it to a custom shoe maker to have it made in my size, heel height, Color of material, etc.,who is the best cobbler to send it to? (A bit of a run-on sentence.) I use to know where, but they have died off or retired. I am sure that 97 year old woman will know. Mike.

  15. Morpho. No offence taken. We are here to vent our thoughts in a forum that amends some resolve. I have been married three (3) times and every woman has viewed my high heel interests differently. The question is " Do women like men in heels? " Not do men like men in heels? " Your answering a question for a woman, which is your patronage. How do you know what a woman is thinking? As for the forum in which the question is asked, who cares. Women read, have thoughts and openions, they can speak for themselves. I love women, and would hope they would not be ashamed to be seen in public with me. lets hear what they have to say. Mike

  16. Hi (heels) to all. I know we are meeting at Ruby Tuesdays in Canton, But I haven't seen anything on the meeting TIME. Thanks to Johnieheel for the optional wear. It makes it a little more comfortable for those of us who are a little more progressive. It'll be nice to see Kittyinboots again. Mike.
