  1. Let me know too, because the one on the left is exactly what I'm looking for

glad to hear that! If I find something I'll post it here...

I currently have 3 pairs of heels from 6ihf that look like the new design that you have posted. I find them to be a way better fit due to the design and they feel much higher too! They do make up to a size 13 in us mens and size 15 in womens which is unfortunate for those whose feet are bigger. I too would be interested in knowing if someone foun a company who also makes this style. For now, I am quite happy with my shoes from 6ihf.

Well I'm one of these guys with large shoe size - no surprise as I'm 6'3"...

And if I'd buy a pair of US14 heels from 6ihf they'd have the same heel attached as a US10-11 pair. Still 'high' but without that 'height' I'm looking for :)

  2. I do only know 2 manufacturers that really manufacture that shape - one is a chinese manufacturer who's very hard to contact and not really serious, the other one's 6"heelsforever. I contacted them as they sell large sizes but not with the proportional heel height, and they said no they wont do it. Only alternative is ordering from a custom heel maker which will be kinda expensive. Well if anyone knows a manufacturer who can build exactly that shape I'd be glad to hear from you...

  3. From time to time I'm trying to convince a high heel manufacturer to reconsider their designs and to correct them or add new designs. This time I took an image of a design from the British eBay seller 'green-flash' and modified it until it matched my dream design - which does exist, but not in my size... That image is attached to this post. Now I would like to know which design YOU like most (please ignore the missing ankle strap, this is only for visibility reasons and should not be determinative!) and what you would like to praise or criticize looking at these two designs.

  4. .......damn it; was hoping someone else would post an alternative source! First saw these years ago (8?) on the Fuss website and quite sure they were nowhere near as expensive as they are now.

As you will note, they are only available in a very limited number of sizes (they used to go up to about EU44 if I remember correctly); I get the feeling they are no longer made and possibly the reason why they are charging as much as they are.

Would be interested in knowing of any other suppliers.......

It appears from the similar style sandals available, that the brand is "Fifty 6" but an initial Google search doesn't throw up any similar styles by that brand

1st: they always were expensive - handmade in Germany by a small manufacturer

2nd: There was one shop selling them on ebay for some time (I think its called exotic-wear) but they seem to only have one size in stock

3rd: Some time ago I contacted Fuss-Schuhe and it seems like that manufacturer is out of business.

  5. thanks! their website is (was) hollywoodheels.com. After that warehouse fire it was shut down for some weeks, then they had a new website but they weren't selling those great models, just some average/common high heels. For some weeks that website is down, too. As I'm fearing they will never be online again, I asked if someone here knows more. And as so often pussyinboots knows almost everything and can bring good news^^

  6. Does anyone know what's up with Hollywoodheels now? For some weeks their homepage's just showing a bad request error. Almost every time when I ask for the manufacturer of a heel I really like it's hollywoodheels. Hope they will come back some time.

  7. don't know if you can get that high tips anywhere. I would try to by two normal ones, cut away one tip's 'bolt' (entirely or to make it more stable not entirely+drill a short hole into the other tip). Then use some superglue/cement like expoxy cement that will ensure the two tips will never ever separate again... and there you go. Should be possible if you have some mechanic skills.

  8. knee high patent boots. Would love tight highs but can't really suggest them as they won't fit very well if your legs are shorter or longer than normally. For example I once bought a pair of tight high pleaser domina and as my legs are a bit longer than average the boot - even with lacings - didn't fit very well. So either you should go for crotch highs or knee highs in my opinion.

  9. I'm happy to tell that in the last days I was able to walk some meters within ballet heels without struggling or leg cramps! I'm currently using 2 thick sport socks for each foot and some foam next to the big toes so that all toes are carrying some weight. It seems to work fine :silly:

  10. The meaning of my post was:

looking at this picture I was just thinking that unlike lots of girls, who over a certain heels height, start bending their knees and then have a "truck driver" walk , Mary Helen should, with the higheeesst heels, keep a beautiful and sexy walk and posture thanks to her morphology...

    Don't you think so?

    bhl

    well... yes. :silly:

  11. uh that pic's a bit too extreme for me. I love stretched calves but in a naturally looking way. However the heel can't get higher than the distance from heel to toes without a plateau... so how should she be able to wear heels that are higher than ballet heels? A foot's maximum height is when it is positioned vertically - like in ballet heels. If you stretch your foot more than that, the heel will become lower again...

  12. well many ppl may love the mary jane style but personally I don't like it. I think I will give Elite Heels a try, they might be able to find someone who can build them. At the moment I will not buy any new ones; currently I'm just very angry. After half a year of waiting, a manufacturer became insolvent and so became the old La Piazza HH team. And thanks to that I also have lost almost 200€ :silly: And it's even worse as these heels where the last normal available heels (at least in my size) that fit into my idea of a super high heel  Bad times.

  13. the quality is ok. However you might have to correct the ballet shoe's heel length. Cant recommend their 18cm pumps & boots, they aren't true to size - for example I'm normally wearing EUR 46. I ordered the 18cm boots from them and a size 42/43 might fit. but they weren'r comfortable and the toe box is kinda bent upwards. looks disgusting.

  14. @Pata: first some thanks for your ideas! I would have already tested the one from fuss-schuhe but they never had it in my size (or only a short time until it was sold out again).

About half a year ago I have ordered the only pair of pumps that really can create that look - http://www.la-piazza-highheels.com/k5017d.jpg Unfortunally the first order didn't fit and I'm waiting about 5 months now to get one size larger. :/

But thats the only new pump I've ever seen with such a short toebox.

  15. @Webhawk: I don't think milanoo offers any heels in US13/14. At least no heels other than the standard pleaser collection. The greater designs are all just up to size ~11/12

Dammit, Pata, now I'm in love with those beautiful golden heels again! :lmao:

I'd love to own a pair like that but I don't think 6ihf can help me. Size wise I'm a size US13 in length but a US14 in width, and since they don't accept paypal it's kinda hard for me to even pay for them.

Same problem here :lmao: I'm also US13. But I can't recommend 6ihf for larger sizes:

All metal heels have the SAME height on each size. So while the product photos look fantastic and pata too, they will be just boring in US13. It's about the same with normal 6ihf heels - they are matched to smaller sizes but all heels from ~US10 and above use the same heel height. I would do everything to get a high heel that looks as great as the smaller sized 6ihf heels. I already mailed with them some times but they won't do anything like matching heels to larger sizes with the explanation that the heels had to be thicker (of course they have to be a BIT thicker) and that would make them look ugly. :)

So I think I will have to find another manufacturer.
