I just received the order and all three pair fit great. Generally heeled sandals are a no no for me as I think my feet look "fat" in them. Next break in weather and my Luster sandals are going out. The T strap is just a bonus so please let me know what you all think of them.

On average I wear 4.5" heels. I would have to get a pedometer for the average distance. I wear 5-6 " heels annually in the woman-less pageant for 5 hours and make as many as 6 laps around the football field. Last year I collected $850.00 in donations for the American Cancer Society. I must say that is the most fun a guy could have in heels.

PeterPotter, Just a heads up on the Christin Michaels Tabbie style. This shoe runs about a half size large. I tried a pair on in the Zappo's outlet store. The 12 about fell off my foot and had go to an 11. Problem , I wanted it in brown and they only had black patent in the 11.

I allow my 9 year old daughter to wear heels. The rules are nothing over 2.5 " and only in the living room and kitchen areas. She is not to wear them outside for any reason or to wear them to the basement. The basement rule is to keep her off the steps. So far she has done well adhering to the rules.

I would not recommend Uggs to a barefooted Eskimo. They are just to Uggly in my opinion.

I am not a fan of any boots. Everyday I have to wear steel toed work boots. The last 25 years that is about all I have worn to work. Kinda sick of boots.

Shoe Carnival has made me proud , they just started an on-line store. They have a lot of women's size 12 . I gave them a try and everything went smooth my order arrived ahead of scheduled . Here is a link to my latest acquisitions.

I would rather shop the stores in person. By shopping in person I can try on the pair of shoes and check the quality . With online purchase, I just don't have control of the situation. Online, to many things can go wrong.

I found the post to be very interesting and wish him well. Make sure she keeps the sales ticket on your shoes.....they may be less than what you hope for. My wife purchased some really ugly heels for me one time. I told her they did not fit well so she gave me the sale ticket and I returned them .

I live in a small town in Kentucky just out side of Louisville. I never have any problems wearing my heels out. Most people around here do not care about what shoes I wear. They are more worried about rainfall and tobacco crops.

For the record - Hispanic is not a race!Either you refer to Amerindian people or mixed race (mestizo - white and Amerindian mixed).Spaniards and their unmixed descendants are white folk,though Mediterranean type mostly.It is not completely off topic I think since we talk about culture and I am from Eastern Europe,but have always wondered how in the U.S. spread this racial nonsense.

Funny this thread should come up. Just this past weekend in a club in Louisville Ky.I was enjoying a drag show with my wife and a few ladies from work. What surprised me was all the crossdressers and female to male crossdressers. The one that sticks out most was the one in the wheelchair . There were quite a few Black and Hispanic . Everyone seemed to be having to much fun to be judging one another. For me the best part was wearing my open toe pumps all night. I did get a lot of compliments.

Oh, yes I think that is one of the perks of wearing high heels.

I told my wife while we were dating . I asked her what she thought about high heels. She said she hated to wear them to long as they tend to hurt. I then told her I had a "thing" for heels. Then I told her if we were to go any further she had to know about my shoe collection. She then wanted to see my collection. When I opened the door to my closet . She said can you walk in them ? She took a pair of 5in pumps out and said let's see you walk in them. I did and she said as long as you can wear them . From that day we have had a lot of fun shopping for heels and she pushes me to wear them in public. That was 15 years ago and she has gained one heck of a shoe and purse collection. Try to be truthful that has always worked for me and I have 15 great year of marriage to back that up. I hope my post will help you. Best of luck ,
