I always wear suntan or nude sandal foot knee hi's with open/peep toe pumps. In the cooler months I wear trouser socks with them. From what I have read on the net fashion sites this is acceptable by todays standards. On the other hand what would a man know about fashion? LOL:chuckle:

Sarah's heels are of great taste and she looks great in them. Nice to get a breath of fresh air. Most other elected women tend to wear "conservative" style shoes with short heels. Wish I could find the pic of her red peep toes with the buckle over the vamp. In my opinon they were the best looking heels she wore during her campain.

Welcome to the group. This is the place for high heels. I went to school in Shively many years ago.

Small world, I was on Dixie HWY Friday shopping at the Shoe Show. Shively has a good selection of large size heels. Oh, and I did wear my Nine West "Vadims" . I got one strange look all the rest were compliments. I asked the boy with the strange look if I offended him and then asked. If I would change shoes if he would pull his pants up and cover his under shorts. His responce, my pop says the same thing and walks off shaking his head with a chuckle. Over all a great day.

If you knock on my door that puts you on my terms. In my house I wear what I choose and if you do not like what I am wearing you can leave. Otherwise come in and have a cup of coffee.

With all the best styles being made in a size 10 us women's I would say that would be my ideal size. Most of the men in here know what I am saying when I state a size 12 us women's sometimes has a style gap. The plus side , can't overspend on to many styles if they are not out there to be purchased. I will have to say the shoe companies are getting better about the larger sizes. Nine West seems to be getting a lot better about size 12 as is RSVP and the list goes on.

Size 12 women's or 11W women's work for me.

I used to love my wifes footwear, she had great taste. Today ,not so much ,she broke her ankle on a family outing a few years back and has to wear sneakers or low heel boots. She still loves high heels and it's my prayer she will be able to wear them again.
