  1. Got this pair of Victor Alfaro peep toe heels recently on a clearance sale and they are very nice. I had never heard of this brand before but could not pass up the good deal.

    Nice heels and a nice dress. :blinkbigeyes: Have you been wearing the outfit out and about?

    Best regards

    Stefan

  2. Hi, Since a couple of days I have also had my fingernails painted with navy blue nailpolish. I have had it to work without any adverse effects. Some of the women at work loved it. Best regards, Stefan

  3. Hi, Today I wen't to a salon for the second time for a pedicure. It felt very nice to pamper your feet. This time I decided to get some nailpolish on my toe nails. The lady doing the pedicure did not react in any way. It was like it was the most natuaral request. I could however hear som of the staff wisper about something not so far away from where I was treated. But that was probably something else they did not wan't me to hear. :blinkbigeyes: And by the way I choose a dark blue colour as you can see in the attached photo.

  4. disgusting! the bottom of your shoes is ridiculously dirty, why on earth would you want that stuff in your bed :pulsingheart:

    i've never once fallen asleep wearing any sort of footwear. sometimes your feet gotta be free man :blinkbigeyes:

    I totally agree. I don't even wan't to have socks or anything on my feet in bed.

  5. Saturday te 16th of January

    It has been some time since I had an adventure. Today I felt an urge to go out heeling again. Todays outfit was a normal male shirt with my black demin skirt that goes slightly below the knee. I also had black pantyhose which makes my legs look a lot better. I then had one of my knee high black boots.

    I was going to a cafe to have some lunch so I was out in the broad daylight for everyone to see. This is, as almost always, in the area where I live. I met a lot of people on the way to the cafe and on the way back. Not many reactions at all but I think there might have been som turned heads behind my back. :blinkbigeyes:

    Have a nice weekend.

  6. Yesterday I bought a beautiful leather skirt in a thrift store. It's wide, pleated, quite long and so soft and well-fitting that I had to get it! Next, I visited a leatherwear shop I've been keen on for five years or so, and experimented with fashion a bit, including my newest acquisition and a pair of 4" blade heel ankle boots with square toes. I decided to have a little photoshoot at night, so I did my make-up, used some hair gel [let's revise metrosexual men's fashion from the beginnings of 21st century, yay!], dressed up, set all the equipment up and shot, shot, shot...

    Exellent pictures. Very nice quality and I like the style. :blinkbigeyes:

  7. Stefan - the links given by jwhite 44 are to the four pics I attached to my first post, in the order they are shown! So just go back to that.

    The third and fourth boots are not available above UK9, so no use to me.

    I suspected that but could not be sure. :blinkbigeyes:

    PBPT I think is not a good choice for outside, due to the stilletto heel and pointing toe

    PBRT2 is possible. The black color (especially if it's not too shiny) and non-descript shape (no obvious features that stand out) are a plus; the thinness of the heel is a minus. You can probably wear these, but a long pair of pants is probably required

    BBLC is probably the best of the four (with a definite if it was available in a dark color (and apparently also available in your size!)). I still think in general we (discreet heel wearers) are much better off with darker shoes. Lighter colors are just going to stand out more, no way around it.

    BBSC is no good (in my opinion) because of the contrast in color between the boot and the heel.

    Thoose links does not work. :blinkbigeyes:

  9. Hi, Here in Stockholm (Sweden) it is relatively common for women to wear heels even in the winter. We have a temperature of between -20C and -10C and a lot of snow. An still a see many women in heels every day, mainly knee high, thigh high or ankle boots. :cry1:

  10. Everyone has different tastes! I have a taste for unique looks. That's why I think my heels need to be unique too! About everyone has a pair of plain black pumps for example. I don't want those... Since everyone has them already! I want unique heels. These are perfect for my (albeit still small) heels collection!

    I still need to find kind of a right outfit to go with the shoes before I go on an outing with them, though. Hehe. But my girlfriend wants to help out with that. So we're gonna look for a nice dress or something to go with it!

    Now that would be interesting. Despite what most people beleive I think a man can wear a dress with success. Maybe not to feminine or flowery but I hope you find a nice dress to go with the heels. Please keep us posted.

    Best regards,

    Stefan

  11. I might as well use this new thread to update you guys on my latest high heel purchases, so I'll give this thread a good bump from time to time if needed... Well, with that being said:

    I ordered a pair of high heels a week before Christmas. When I returned home today I was delighted to find out that my new high heels finally had arrived!!:cry1:

    I fell in love with these the moment I saw them. Gotta love that unique look! Usually I do some heavy thinking and consideration before buying anything actually (given I am still student and don't have much money to spare), but I loved these so much I acted purely on impulse...

    They're from Funtasma, Gangster-15. 4 inch heel with 1.5 inch platform. I always thought I had size 13 for women's shoes, but these only went up till 12. Took the risk regardless, and I'm glad I did. They fit really well!! Guess I wear my shoes 1 size too large.

    I hope you like these as much as I do!

    See you around:wave:,

    Hi,

    Not my style but I hope you get alot of fun outings with them. We all have slight differences in what we like the most.

    Best regards,

    Stefan

  12. Outstanding outfit kneehighs! As always you are the fashion leader here at HHPlace. I particularly like the jacket, though I have trouble finding a women's jacket that provides a good fit. If I can find one that fits through the shoulders, it is too big in the chest. Also, I love the skinny jeans. Nobody wears them like you. Your pictures inspired me to play around a little bit.

    Today, I bought a charcoal gray turtleneck sweater dress that I fell in love with at The Limited. it is a bit small for me now, but in 10 pounds and some creativity, it may just work for me. I put together 5 different looks to post and will likely post a few more with some different combinations.

    The first attempt are not freestyle per se, but give a bit of a feel for the dress. I wore my HUE body shaper nylons in all pictures, nude then black. I tried a few different jackets and different styles of shoes, but mainly dressy heels. My next attempt will include leggings, tights, and jeans. I think this is a pretty versatile item and I hope to really see how far I can take it.

    HappyFeat,

    That dress looks sensational on you. All pictures are very nice. You should wear it out and about as soon as possible.

    Best regards,

    Stefan

  13. Ignor Wikipedia, thats editable by just about any idiot with a keyboard and internet access.

    Here is what I follow:

    EU41 = UK7 = US9

    EU42 = UK8 = US10

    EU43 = UK9 = US11

    EU44 = UK10 = US12

    I've found that the EU size seems to be the most constant and accurate, as many UK shops sell a UK9/42, which cant possibly be right selling a shoe as a 9/8, either its a 9 or an 8, but not both!!! and the 9/42 shoes are ALWAYS like a large size 7, its nuts!

    All theese different ways to measure shoe size are really confusing. I can understand that there is differences between Europe, US and the old english colonies since we in Europe always used the metric system and US and the old English colonies didn't.

    But why use different numbers when it comes to men's shoes and women's shoes? That is illogical. A 44 is 44 regardless if it is a shoe for a woman or a man. So why does US have that as Male 10 and Female 12???

    /Stefan
