As I said in my intro, I've recently returned to wearing heels after a quite a long break.

This is with my wifes full consent and encouragement but it is still early days.

This afternoon we called into a Matalan just for a browse around, not looking for anything in particular, and found they had a sale on.

She spotted some snakeskin shoes with a ruffled strap around the ankle, a 1/2" concealed platform and 5&1/4 " heel.

"Do you like those?" she said, "You can have them if you want."

We found a pair in my size and then I said, "Don't you want some as well?"

"Wouldn't you mind?",

"No, I'd love it"

So we ended up buying a pair of 7's and a pair of 3's! The guy on the checkout didn't even blink as he swiped them through!

As we left the shop with a big grin on her face she said, "I've bought you a pair of shoes, it feels really good."

Good for you. I hope you will have many more successfull trips were you buy shoes together with your wife. It must be a rush to have her feeling good about buying you a pare of heels. Keep it up.

The skirt of this dress is quite full so it does not inhibit walking or running.

Maybe you should have confronted the women for her attitude. Part of the exercise of wearing unconventional attire is to give a person confidence to deal with adverse situations. I have had to confront a neighbor for his scorn for my wearing a skirt all the time. Clearly that woman was in the wrong.

Now I suggest you start wearing a dress or at least a skirt with when you heel...

The ultimate goal would of course be to wear a skirt or dress for work. But I don't think I dare to do that just yet. I do however regularly have earrings, sometimes 4 of them in each ear and sometime just one big hoop earring in each ear. To accompany this I use mascara and sometimes eyeshadow and I also paint my finger and toenails. My colleagues have all accepted / tolerated this.

But I have so far not gone to work in heels and/or a dress or skirt. My best friend has however seen me in a skirt and with heels and he is supporting me whatever I do. It is nice to have friends like that. I don't think anything I do will trigger any negative comment from him.

On the other hand I know that my old mother would be freeked out. She barely tolerates my earrings and painted nails. Here being a phycologist does not make this easier. So I try and go easy on here. But for the rest I really don't care that much. But I have my times when I "chicken out".

My dream scenario is for me to always be in makeup, have large hoop earrings, have painted nails, have either a dress or skirt and heels. I wuld do this still being male. I don't want to be a woman, just borrow the attire.

I often wear the jersey dress shown on the model when when I go on my night walks, frequently with my wife, who wears only pants and flat shoes. Sometimes I wear wedge sandals with it. I weigh 208 lbs, and I am 5' 10" tall. The large size fits me perfectly. I just cannot see myself wearing any women's pants given that I hate to wear pants in general. If I am going to wear a woman's bottom garment, it will certainly be a skirt. As I have said before, I hate having the wedge of cloth against my privates. .......... EDITED........

That is a dress I beleive actually can work on a male. It looks very comfy. Keep it up. I think I have to buy something similar to this.

I have had some comments but very few of them. A couple of weeks ago a guy asked me whu I had heels on. And he asked the sort of "standard" question, Are you gay? Like that would have anything to do with it. But still it was not put in a negative manner, more qurious.

Could i have asked for a more perfect answer? what a girlfriend i've got! she is truely amazing!

Hi, If you read back in this post you will find a reply were I last year was sitting at a local restaurant and one of my best friends calld me. At that time he did not stop by at the restaurant. A couple of days ago I was mentioning to him that I like to be dressed in a skirt and also like heels. He is the kind of friend you really like to have, he said that he support me whatever I like to do. This sure builds up courage. Today I have had a knee length denim skirt for the better part of the day. I was out for lunch at a local restaurant dressed in the skirt and the heels. For dinner I went to another restaurant, the as mentioned last year. Today my friend called me when I was at the restaurant, with the diffeence that he stopped by today. So now he does not only know that I like skirts and heels he has actually seen them. It felt rather good. Tomorrow I am going on vacation. I plan to spend most of the vacation in heels and skirts.

Same. I feel I dont need to prove anything to anyone and I can wear what I like.

I think thw biggest ojection from some of my male freinds and parents is being labled as gay. That really p's me off! I dont see why I have to prove that I'm not gay ! It annoys me that to society to be hetrasexual you have to dress the same and look the same and shun everything femanine and diffrent. To diverge from the norm autamaticaly makes you gay!?!?!

I hate that too. And I suspect that the majority of gay people dress like anybody else.

Hi, I have not written much here lately. I have been very ocuppied with work the last 6 months, to the degree that it has been to much overtime and I am considering chaning jobs. Anyway, today I had an outing in heels. The first fr a long time. FIrst of all I went to a restaurant and had a nice dinner and met some nce people. I was dressed in dark blue trousers and heels. Besides that I also had my nails painted sparkling pink and also 2" hoop earrings. As long as I was on the restaurant I had only a few comments mostly on my nailpolish and earrings. Thoose comments were very positive. The said the earring gave me a carisma. After the restaurant I walked to a local gasstation to buy some bear and coke. I was approched by a man that asked about my earrings and heels. He asked the standard question, i.e. are you gay. I answered no, I just dress like this because I can and I like to. All in all a very successful and fun outing.

Are you comfortable with stockings or pantihose or rather just bare foot

Sometimes I wear pantyhose but most of the time either bare foot or stockings. It depends on the shoe.

The colour is 'Kinky in Helsinki'. It's one of my favourite colours.

As I typed it out, I was thinking how close you live to that city. How ironic it would have been if it was Kinky in Stockholm. Close, but just a bit to the right.

Since about 1 month I always have my toenails painted blue. It is to bad we have a lot of snow in Sweden right now I would love to have sandals or peep toe pums to show them off.
