Such sad news.  She was such an expert at wear incredibly high heels & ballets.  She also had a wonderful laced waist.  Like others here wonder what happen as guess she was in her 30's

Love the new orange KG's. When does she wear them? Is a regular HH girl?

I wear 5 inch heels for work all the time and party in 6 inch heels and can wear Ballet Heels for a short time ( no more than 6 hours continually standing/walking though ). There seems to a lot of guys on the site who can wear heels as well but you need to understand that with me being a size 5 (uk) the heels will be steeper than yours.

re max heel height do you mean you can stand/walk for 6 hours in ballets or the still very high 6" party heels? What is like being on your feet for that length of time in such heels? I guess it can't be all plain sailing.
