  1. While I'm not really a fan of mules, I have to say: Well done! I really like the style and it seems you put a lot of effort into also making them wearable. Even though I think I still wouldn't be able to properly walk in them 😉
  2. Wow, most of you are wearing rather high heels to the office. My highest ones are about 13 cm but they are wedges with a platform, so still a simple style, nothing too fancy. For heels without a platform I wear a maximum of 10 cm for the office. Anything higher really depends on the style if it is suitable for the office. Also a 10 cm heel is still comfortable enough for wearing the whole day.
  3. If I remember correctly a similar event took place in Germany a long time ago. A high heel race sure is an interesting discipline 😄
  4. I never take backup shoes with me. In my early years of wearing high heels it would have been a good idea as I sometimes had to work through the pain, which I don't think has helped. It rather pulled me back because I then couldn't wear heels for a few days until my feet were OK again... But now I know my limits and am doing fine without backup shoes. Only had a few situations where it got uncomfortable, but nothing too bad 🙂
  5. 12 cm heels ain't that common. But I also think they look great and that explains why you often see them in your photoshoots. I can imagine that many of them will only put them on for the photoshoot. Like mlroseplant and Cali I'm also either wearing heels or not. I wear them because I like the feeling and the look, so there's no reason for me to only slip them on for a photoshoot. If I have to walk a lot or the whole day I simply don't choose as high ones. Even though that results in not wearing my higher ones that often.
  6. Hi, my name is Isabell and I am from Germany. I love high heels since my teenage years when it all started with the first times of going to the clubs on weekends. Good times! Since then I'm wearing high heels, went through many different styles but settled down a bit over the last decade. Now I'd like to try something new again and that's how I got here. I remember I stumbled across this forum sometimes in the past already and thought, why not join the community 🙂 Other than high heels I really love hiking and city trips. Greetings, Isabell
