It depends on the occasion. No problem if you go shopping or just strolling the streets. But she will not wear any damaged heels for the opera, or a christmas brunch, or an anniversary.

Nobody will guaranty that a specific size will fit your feet. But if they don´t fit you can send them back and have them exchanged for a larger/smaller size.
