I agree. They really caught my eye!
Johnieheel, I really like the black heels with 4 straps, where can I get them?
-
Thanks for the info!
What caught my attention was how they looked. They really had a sexy look to them and I just couldn't help myself. I had to have a pair. Oh no! I think I'm addicted!
High heel lover
I have the same sling backs and love the way they feel and look.

Lucy Liu.
There are some heels that I just never forget (whether they're good or bad) and this is one pair. They're Manolo's, but I'm not sure which style. Lucy wore them to the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style Awards.
Guess the celeb shoes! Day 2
This is a new version of my old celebrity spotted thread. The main purpose like before is to post great, high quality pictures of celeb's shoes.
Yesterday's picture was actress Courteney Cox arriving at the Glamour Reel Moments at the Directors Guild Of America on October 14, 2008 in Los Angeles, California. She also wore these shoes at the Elise Overland Spring 2009 on September 6, 2008 in New York City.
See day001answer.jpg for a full size pic of her.
See day002.jpg for today's high quality heels picture. But what celebrity is wearing these shoes, and for a bonus point, can you ID the shoes?

Thanks Roniheels. I wasn't sure how much I'd like the balletboots, but they're ok. I enjoy my regular ankleboots more (as I'm actually able to walk in them). The balletboots are kinda' different. Right now, for me, it's a case of higher isn't really better (at least not yet).
Very nice high heels. I'm not into ballet boots and heels, but they are nice and to each their own. Congratulations.

Well, I didn't actually buy them today, but I recently received these in the past week:

I DID order these today and hope that they come in this week

I also bought these heels below. Unfortunately, I haven't had the time to take photos of any of them.

Great legs!!! I REALLY hope that they aren't the last pics that we see from you for a while. It would be a shame not being able to share pics of legs like yours with everyone.
-
Very nice pics! I agree with the others, what we see in the photos is very passable indeed.

Wohoo! I finally got my ballet boots in! All I can say is "Holy Crap!" I tried them on and could not believe how amazing they felt. Walking, now that's a totally different story. I have a LOT of training and practice to do before I could begin to walk in them (if it's even possible). They're a little snug on my right foot, but that's also the foot that I injured about 6 months ago. I can feel a BIG difference in ankle flexibility (I'm hoping that wearing my other "regular" (almost 6") ankle boots will help me flex it a little more). I'm really going to have to work on that one. Looking forward to at least being able to stand in them some day. HHLover

Yes, it is me. I purchased the boots about 3 weeks ago and they've become my favorites. HHLover

Yes, buy them (if you haven't already). You'll absolutely love them! I purchased a pair several weeks ago and absolutely LOVE mine! Wearing them around, especially with the locks in place, is a real rush. HHLover

Hi Shrimper,
I don't think they're pony boots. I've seen some posts on the web over the last several months about a new style of "heelless" shoes. They seem to fit the description. While they do sort-of resemble hooves, looking closely, I can see that they're not.
I saw her pics posted yesterday and was amazed that she could even walk in them.

Hey Lizzie, there's pictures floating around the web now of Victoria Beckham in some pony boots. Maybe that's the style you want.

Sounds like you had a great day! I enjoyed reading about your adventures! HHLover

Thanks Bubba.
I hope to make it at least 8 hours tonight. I just started about 15 minutes ago, so I've got almost all of the 8 to go. I'll make sure to let everyone know how things went.

Welcome to HHPlace, HHLover. it's our gain to have you joining us.
For a lot of men and women, wearing a new pair of shoes, especially a pair with such high heels, 6 hours straight would be pure painful.

Thanks Vector!
As for the boots, I made it 6 hours in them (6PM until midnight) and wasn't sitting a lot either. I was moving around the house doing some work, with a few needed breaks in between.
I was really surprised because they actually felt pretty comfortable, especially since it's my first pair of boots. The only time I noticed any kind of discomfort was when I actually sat down for a little while and one spot started to hurt on my big toe, but when I started moving around again, it went away. I guess they are still a little tight in spots.
I did take a lot more pictures but the only way to see them is with a direct link to the larger version. Here are a few of them. I tried them from another computer that I wasn't logged into Flicker on and they came up, but let me know if they don't work for you.

I've been a lurker here for a while and finally figured that I ought to chime in instead of just reading the posts. I've been a lover (and wearer) of heels for 25 years and have enjoyed every minute of it (even though it's only been in private). I'm still learning my way around the forum. I hope I can post some pics soon. I just received a pair of Pleaser Domina Locking Ankle Boots yesterday afternoon. They are black patent and have a 5 3/4" (14.5cm) heel. I won't go into a lot of detail in this thread (other than I spent 5 hours in them yesterday) since it's probably not appropriate here, but I'll try to give a little more about my first experience with them when I am able to finally post some pictures.
