  1. The past several weeks I've been doing repairs on a house that I'm trying to sell. Did the majority of it wearing the boots in my avatar. The most difficult part was standing on a ladder painting the walls in one of the rooms. By the end my calves were burning and then ached for several days.

  2. I purchased a new pair of heels several weeks ago and just got around to posting some pics. They (almost) match the pair I got for my fiancee'. The only difference is that hers are 5" and mine are 6". The difference in shoe size makes them feel about the same height.

  3. I just recently bought a pair of Pleaser Domina-434 heels. They come with 4 interchangeable ankle straps, two of them are locking (one I would consider BARELY locking, but it does use a padlock. They have nearly a 6" heel (right around 5 3/4"). I had wanted to get a pair of the 5" style (Seduce-434) just like I had gotten for my Fiancee, but they were out of stock everywhere, so I went with the Domina style. I'm glad that I did. They are the PERFECT height! I have a pair of the Domina-1023 locking boots, which have the same height heel as these pumps do, but I really prefer the pumps for comfort and stability. Kinda' opposite from what you might expect, but that's exactly how they feel, more stable. I've only locked them on myself for now, but I forsee some fun time when we lock them on each other and do something like a scavenger hunt in the house. HHLover

  4. If she's lovely and caring, I'm sure she won't mind.

I should imagine that's quite a worry for just about anyone, with everything. I don't think too many people are actually nasty enough to go about spreading your business openly, just because you split. There are all sorts of things my current Mrs could go into, should we split, but I trust her not to. Hey, even if she did, I'm not ashamed. Most of it is sexual stuff, which I'm quite open about anyway (if asked. I don't just tell people haha!)

Well, my ex tried to blackmail me during the divorce by using all of it against me and then tried to turn it into mental abuse and grounds for a divorce on indignities/sexual misconduct (even though she said that she would NEVER do that). Unfortunately for her, I had already shared a good bit with my attorney (so it was no surprise when her attorney brought it up) and he made sure that her attorney was well aware of the definition of what sexual misconduct really is. That was squashed in a heartbeat.

You never really know someone until you try to divorce them...

  5. After having been in a marriage where she knew and absolutely hated it, I have finally ended that part of my life (not due to my heels) and have met a wonderful woman who not only doesn't mind my interest in heels, but loves to wear heels herself. It's so nice to not have to worry about anything like that again. HHlover

  6. I voted that I don't have a pair but would love a pair. I didn't like them at first but after seeing Mena Suvari wear a pair over a month ago, I've changed my mind. They can be really sexy!

  7. Hmmmm. I think that heels are as much sexual to some people as they are professional looking, comfortable, powerful and impractical to others. It truly depends on the individual and their tastes. I would imaging that those descriptions would apply to both men and women alike. There are even be individuals who feel multiple ways about them. I, myself, think they are sexy (sexual) at times while also being professional looking and powerful. As the saying goes, "to each his own". HHLover

  8. Hi Everyone, Since I had such a good time heeling in Atlantic City, I decided that tonight I would take a little trip to do some shopping. I didn't really have a lot of time to shop since I had to drive about an hour to the shopping area (a group of malls and stores outside of Wilkes-Barre). I was specifically looking for *wait for it* another pair of heels, preferably some boots. Surprise, surprise. So I left the house fully ready to try on some heels if the opportunity presented itself. I decided to wear a pair of jeans, a long sleeve polo shirt, a navy blue fleece pullover and my ever faithful Oxford Booties over a pair of black thigh-high stockings. Anyway, I had stopped earlier in the evening to pick up a few lottery tickets (quite uneventful) and then after driving another half hour, ran (ok, walked) into Payless. I had every intention of trying something on in the store if I found something interesting. Unfortunately, nothing really interested me (and the size 12 selection was DREADFUL - I know this has been discussed in another thread). I even thought of trying something on just for the experience of doing it in the store, but figured why bother since nothing really appealed to me. The only thing they had that was really nice was two pairs of Hilt pumps in black patent. I already have a pair and saw no reason to try them on. The two girls working in the store seemed to be either high school age or early college. Neither seemed to bat an eyelash, even though I had to walk directly toward one of them (who was sitting on one of the stools that the customers usually use) as I came in the door. Unfortunately, neither offered to come over and offer any assistance either. I guess they figured since I was the only customer in the store, I'd ask for help of I needed it. I was actually disappointed that they ignored me. Upon leaving, one of then simply replied, "Good bye. Have a nice night." Again, no indication they they even noticed my heels (but they should have, I bought them from Payless).:cry1: So, I've really been bitten with the heeling bug now. I totally enjoy it. Unfortunately, as I've stated before in other posts, my ex-wife-to-be really frowns upon my heels and I have to do all of it when she isn't around (and far enough away from home). After all, this part of eastern PA is the macho center of the state and they frown on anything that is outside of the steereotypical norms. Also, my profession is not very tolerant of anything outside of the norms either, hence, my having to drive so far to go heeling. Oh, well, at least I get to do it a few times a month (at least I hope). Thanks for all of the comments everyone!!! HHLover

  9. HHlover,

HHlover, If you would like company sometime, let me know. I would enjoy heeling in AC with an HH friend. My girlfriend likes to go also, even though she is not able to wear heels for long.

I'll definitely keep that (and you) in mind!

It would be far more enjoyable with company!

  10. HHLover, you will find that most people do notice but just go about their business. But once in a while you will find a complete idiot that is annoying in one manner or another. It just fits the general picture of people; every so often you find that one idiot! Keep on heeling!!!!

Yeah Bootking, I agree. I think that they were probably drunk. Ignorance and booze is never a good combination.

I have to say that despite that little incident, I really enjoyed myself. The chances of me running into someone I knew were remote at best, so I felt like I had the freedom to enjoy my heeling time. I wish it could have lasted longer. I basically confined my heeling to the casino where I was staying. I think the next time I might try walking to one of the adjoining ones. I really liked the long walk from the room to the casino area. I'd like to do more of that.

As I said, I'll post some pics when I get home and show everyone how they looked.

  11. Thanks for the comments everyone. Episode #2 went almost as well as last night's. Again, I decided to wear blue jeans with my Payless Booties because the black jeans I had on earlier just didn't look right with my heels. I got on the elevator and headed downstairs. I had a bit of a shock when the elevator said it was stopping before going down to my floor. A young man entered the elevator and pretended to be reading some paper he had but I caught him staring at my heels. Neither of us spoke a word. I got off of the elevator on the floor before he wanted so I had to exit right in front of him, clicking my way out of the elevator. I spent a good 2 and a half hours down in the casino. Unfortunately, my gambling results were the same as last night's. One thing different that I did was to get off the elevator at the second floor rather than on the 1st floor where the casino is located. The difference is that when you get off the elevator it is a LOT more quiet and the clicking of my heels were even more pronounced. I passed the two security guards, who check for ID when you are going to your room, without any fuss. They had to hear the distinct sound of high heels going past them, but didn't look or say a thing. The long walk is the next big difference. There are two long carpeted hallways that I needed to walk down. I might have passed 4 people along the way. None of them paid any attention to me. The two hallways have to be almost 1000 feet combined. Thank God they are carpeted. The trip down the escalator in heels was a first for me. After wandering around for about 5 minutes looking for the poker machine that I had been playing earlier, I finally found it and sat down. That's where I spent the next 2 hours playing video poker and drinking soda (I had enough alcohol and just drank Coke). Again, there were several times that I had forgotten that I was even wearing heels. I even caught myself rocking my feet on the heels a few times. The only negative reaction happened as I was leaving the casino floor to take the escalator back up to the second floor. As I left the casino floor, I had to go up 3 or 4 stairs and a small group of people (2 guys and a girl) who were standing nearby started to chuckle. It was obvious they had seen my heels. The two guys even jumped on the escalator and followed me up to the second floor (I wasn't worried at all, I could have easily taken them both). Once we got there they made a lame effort to make it appear that they were going to opposite way from me. I soon realized why when I saw the flash of a cell phone camera behind me. I just grinned a bit and thought to myself that maybe I should have told them that if they wanted a picture they just should have asked, but I continued on and figured I'd save that for another outing. The rest of the walk back was quite uneventful. One maintenance man dad say "Good morning sir" and then proceeded to check out my heels as he passed by. He even turned around as he passed me to get a better look (but quickly turned back to the front and continued on his way). Again I passed the security guard, showing my ID to access the guest rooms. Nothing was said. No looks and no other events as I went to my room I did take some pics this time and I will post some of them after I get back home. I've been doing my posts from my Blackberry and it's been a real killer on my thumbs. HHLover
