When I first joined this site there were heel meets going on and I have done 3 world heel meets and couple of smaller heel meets in London. Now there 's nothing going on.  I posted about going to London during the sales. Nothing, not even 1 reply. I did met an old friend that also into heels but not from this site..We had a good chat about heels and other women clothing. 

Have I missed something here?

Since I been on this site.  Have always wanted to make new friends that live close to me that also wear heels.  I think the biggest problem is most are married or just lazy.  I tend to do my own thing now. I just go out shopping on my own for heels now.

I've voted 4. I wear longer jeans to hid my heels when I go out and it only when I no where near to my home town.

Since this is meant to be a old school disco. I could go as  a St Trinian school girl. Have a skirt that would suit. Have plenty of heels to choose from.  So just a top and a tie I need. Did go to a charity shop and the sales women was very helpful She got me to try on couple of dresses and skirts. Let just say I know what dresses work on me and were not to my taste any way.

Also tried on couple of heels. I'm a size 9 and the Charity shop didn't have any in a size 9 but  the sales woman got me to try on couple of size 7 and 8 heels. The woman thinking as these were slingback or open toe heels  they might fit me. Sort of glad they didn't fit as the heels were only 2" high. The charity shop did have a pair of Nine west heels in red with a bow with a 4" heel.  Would of bought them straight away had they fitted me, I did tell the sales woman  how did she expect me to walk in 4" heels. Only for her to say to me that it good for us  men to do this sometimes. 

I meant wear my normal male clothes and not bother dressing up. 

My local pub is having a fancy dress party. Now what do I do? Do I wear  my normal clothes. or do I wear a skirt or dress.? Have to wear heels of cause. 

Always liked wearing tights.  Bought my first pair about 5 years.  These were multipack from B.H.S in Black and tan. About 30 pairs.  Job lot from Ebay and were cheap.  Dont last very long.  Also bought  some 40d from M&S which last much longer.    I also bought 2 pairs of LegTonner tights from M&S and those do look good on my legs and are lasting. I have also 3 pairs of Aristoc Cotton fresh tights that I am also pleased with.

  Have been known to wear hold ups, but they don,t stay up for long and stockings and fish nets 

 I,m going to try different colours  and pattern tights next.

Anyone fancy meeting up in London during the Holidays and having a good look around the shops during the sells. Thinking of Westfield or maybe Camden later in in the day. Do not need to wear heels if you dont feel like it.

Bought 3 pairs of heels these week, all from the same Ebay seller.  Black platforms are from Faith.  Bought because I had another pair just like these in the same colour from Faith but with a pointy shoe box. Had to sell them as those were to small and couldn't  even walk in them.  

The wedge platfrorms are from next.Bought because I wanted a court shoe with a wedge heel. Makes a good shoe to wear around the house during the daytime

The mules are from Faith. I like the look of the buckle on them and are much better then mules from Pleaser etc.I took a gamble on these as I am a size 9 and these are a size 8. Not a good fit on my feet.

Had these 2 skirts for a while now. Just got round to taking a photo of them. Second skirt goes well with the shoes.

Just bought a new pair from Ebay. First  pair for other 10 months. Real leather.

Simple answer is to a contact number of that person you going to meet. Ring them the day before and before you leave for the meet.

I use EBay, which means obviously yes I can rid of my shoes.

Not the answer to the question I was asking. I don't want to know how you sell your heels but why. Put it another why..How many would you want to keep or would be very hard for you to part with or the ones you might want to sell but not sure and the ones you know you want to sell.

truthfully my wife Jennifer would love for me to sell all of them! When I open the closet door and the shoe boxes start falling out at me! 140 pairs and I think I should have been satisfied with just 10 pairs especially if they fit right. I do need to re-evaluate the situation and yes I need to sell 90 percent of my shoe collection I would keep the wedge sandals, 3 pairs Get rid of the platforms Keep the 4 inch strappy sandals I love to see my painted red toenails in those! and strappy shows off my feet nicely! I only have 3 pairs of boots the bakers shoe variety( Trendsetter and Bow Plus the Classified slouch boot) Keep the Karmen pumps from Payless 5 pairs they have a 3 inch heel and are very comfortable AND a side note We just got a 5 month old female puppy and she chewed up a pair of my bakers dress sandals apparently not out of her reach. My cats never showed interest in my shoe collection L.O.L. TOO much money tied up in my shoe collection to get destroyed by our dog we live in an apartment so space is a premium So I think selling some of my shoes is a necessity I think that still does not sound like the answer to the question but I want to be in this discussion. HOW MANY SHOES IS TOO MUCH? And believe me I have a lot of incorrect fitting shoes.

You have answered the question that I've asked.

I'm not asking how you sell your heels. I want to know what makes you sell a pair. Its simple when the heels are worn out or damaged. Would you then by another pair in the same style or another style. I'm trying to have a collection where I don't want to sell any pairs of heels. The pair on the left are the ones I wish to sell and those have been replaced by the peep-toe heels. Those are much better and are on my keep list.

If you had to cut down the size of your collection. Could you? At the moment I have over 30 pairs of high heels and almost run out of space to hide them, but somehow always been able to find a place for them If I had to sell, I could sell 1 pair straight away. Can't walk in them or even wear them. I did sell 3 other pairs last year. I have another 11 that maybe I could sell if I needed to. These are the heels that are to big, damaged heel, ankle strap to short or I just don't like the style but are comfortable to wear. All the other pairs I would want to keep. 13 or so pairs. I would try to post a photo of my collection but I got a photo up already of my collection in my gallery.

Just bought this pair from Ebay.

I try them on as soon I open the box to see if they fit. I buy my heels online now.

Where I would like to help you buy your first pair of heels.It would not be right since your still young. I can't help you. .

I don't post on here much as I don't have much to say and most of the time I would be only repeating what others have said.

Those heels are from Barratts. Now have both skirts and both fit well. I don't need the belts Will do a photo shot when I have the time. I do have loads of photos in my gallery on here with me wearing skirts

Been keeping in touch with the seller of the 2 skirts. Have now got one skirt and the other skirt should be with me in the next 2 days. But in the mean time. I'm going to post this with me wearing a leather mini skirt. I think I look good in it.

Had a family holiday in Wales when I was about 12. Walked up and down the mountain in the pouring rain with our 2 dogs. There's a little cafe at the peak of the mountain..
