  1. (Ga zin tite - is one of the saying that one exclaims when someone nearby sneezes....I think it is german but I don't know how to spell it.....spelled phonetically and I can't find it anywhere in a dictionary)

No wonder I could not find it in the dictionary. The correct spelling is "gesundheit".

  2. Pumps are also my style of choice. I don't understand why other high heel styles don't affect me the way pumps do.

Crew socks with high heels? That just does not get me excited.

Now if they were lacey or had ruffles as in here, that would would be another storey :P .

  3. The first pair of high heels I ever wore?

They belonged to my dear mother, may she rest in peace. They were the opera pump style (also known as court shoes). They had rounded toes and a 3" high heel. Although the heel was tapered, they were not stilettoes. In fact, they look almost exactly as seen in this picture of Betty Page. However, they had a velvet texture, not patent leather.

  4. You have done things the correct way. Start out slowly and progress from there. I started out using long legged jeans to cover up my spike heels as well. You are lucky that your co-ordination prevents you from stumbling around thereby making it obvious you are wearing heels. But you still have to be cautious. Try to anticipate what could go wrong and how you would react. This might include seeing someone you recognize to being accosted. Good luck and have fun.

  5. ......Hi PJ,

as "junkie" with daily injections (type-1-diabetic) I'm really glad that my legs are still OK. Especially for high heels wearing :)

Did you get a "nevus flammeus" on your legs like the former russian president Gorbatshov on his forehead?

    life goes on

    micha

Nevus flammeus is a birthmark so I know I don't have that. My discoloration developed 50 years after my birth. My doctor calls it stasis dermatitis.

  6. I used to love to wear nude, suntan and off-black. But since I got older and developed some discolored blemishes on my legs, I'm limited to off-black for now. There's nothing like the feel of nylons on freshly shaven legs.
