All the times I woke up in heels, my feet where realy swlolen. Maybe because when you are a sleep you lay flary flat. The blood circulation than changes completely. I think when you sleep your heart slows down and if you are than wearing tight shoes of boots, the circulation will be cut to your feet.

I found these shoes on the internet, and asking my selfe "is it posseble to walk in those?? Training plan ???? Isn't it just done by wearing high heels that are just a little but higher than you can walk confertbly in, and when you masterd them go up an notch.

The sole is thin, but that's no problem, These new boots don't bend at all when I walk. Yasterday on saturday night I wore them when going out, that was not to bright probaly, I normaly wear a good 2.5" heel and these are a full 4". I undersetamated the hight a bit. 2 of my friends came to pick me up and we where going to meet up with several others. Fortunatly there was nothing to do in town and after about 2 hours we went to my place to watch some video. Thank god for that, I probaly souldnt wear those heels for a longer time until I train some more in them. Maybe i can wear them when going to visit some frineds at home, than I won't have to stand and walk in thme so mutch. To wear in public I would wear non-platforms easyer than platforms, Probaly because non-platforms don't attract that mutch attention If you are wearing platforms the hight you gain is mutch more. Usualy i want to keep a bit of a low profile so platforms are not realy an option than.

Yes is is true Kazaa is not one of the most perfect programs, Actualy I only use Kazaa Light, That's a freeware version of kazaa only the "spyware" as Foon named, was taken out of it.

I haven no more to add but I can find my self in manny of those statements, like, - When a drop-dead gorgeous girl walks by and the first thing you look at, and notice, and ask yourself, is what does she have on her feet?! Actualy anny girl. - When you walk in the street, the first thing you look on other people are their shoes. - When you walk in the street, a clicking sound on the pavement makes your head turn immediately, and just can't watch anything but this ! - If you are sitting in a bar and only looking at the floor for nice shoes, - If your friend told you to look to a pritty girl who is just walking by when you alraedy haven seen the shoes and not her face or apearance.

True, most shoes go to a size 41 but like mine a size 42/43 and than a size bigger.... no way I can find them. Just like today, I went to Amsterdam (for work) and went looking for shoes, the cute ones are all a size 41, I tried on a pair but they didn't fit at all, not even close. Probaly Laurie, you can buy heels in anny shop lucky you. I wish I had a size 39/40 shoe.

I have been wearing 3" heels now for about 3 weeks and some time ago I even had some 5" heels (threw them out stupid me) But the biggest problem for me with wearing the higher heels were my toes, they just couln't bend that way around. My ankles were fine whey where no problem. I even wore some 6"pumps to sleep. And than a about 2 hours I just had to take them off because my toes hurt to much. Hee I have been to several Braves games in 1997, but back than I wasn't wearing heels outdoor, but Turner field is great. When the game was over did you walk down the ramp ?? that can be a problem in 5" heels...

I thought the where yours jeff, Where did you buy them ? luckaly last week I was in a shoe shop from a friend of mine and he told me that the new fall/winter collection is comming in about 3 to 4 weeks (he sells only children shoes). Probaly than I will be able to find boots like that. Here in Tilburg there arn't manny shoes that sell shoes in my size 42/43 most only go to 41 if the winter collection is in i must go to amsterdam or rotterdam to buy some boots.

These are the ones I am wearing a lot now. Almost every day for about 2 weeks. I don't even onwn one tie, and have never worn one once. But I can inmagine that a tie is not verry comvertble, just lihe high heels, the only thing is I like high heels a lot and they do something to your aperance than just wearing it. If womebody is wearing heels her/his whole posture changes.
