  1. Go to a good shop ant tell them what you want. There you can try some models and heel hights, Probaly 4" will fit you but walking in those will be hard in the beginning. Start lower and work your way up. Don't go directly to 5" how tempting that will be, you will probaly fail to wear them witch anny comfort and the plesure will be gone than. If you start low and keep buying higher shoes, there will always be a challange to wear higher heeled shoes.

  2. I went to silhouette last sunday and bought these:

    http://62.223.244.101/silhouette/html/nederlands/modelinformatie.asp?art=2418-10-5

They state that they are 10.5 cm heel hight and 2 cm plato hight.. After I messure them I come to en plato hight of 2 cm and a heel high of 12.5 cm. so the true heel hight is exacly 10.5 cm as it should be.

When I wore them in my car back home my feet started to hurt after about 10 minutes in them, but now I am wearing them now about every second I can at home to practice and they realy start to mold them selfe to my feet.

And Highluc you are right, I went in stated I wanted knee boots, she went in the back and got some 10 cm knee boots. I tried them on but because I have verry thick calvs they didn't fit me just the way i wanted, and actualy they wen't just the model I wat looking for. So I told the women who was helping me more what I wanted... She went in back and broucht me these.... the are just fine, look, feel and walk great...

After I wore them some time I decided to buy them and we had a verry nice conversation.. annybody who wants to buy high heels and is nervous about it go to silhouette it's the best.

  3. Maybe they tried but failed. I have bought a new pair of 3"strappy heels and the pirice tag was on the insole. and it just didn't come off. I have realy tried it but I can only get some pieces off but not the whole thing. quite frutating... Sp they are stil on there, but they arn't vissible so no problem.

  4. I am trying to walk in higher heels also, but because I am a man I can't practise as muth as you. At work I normaly wear 2.5" heeled high boots. there pretty comfy but whan I am at home I wear my 4" blade heels. In those I can't realy walk/stand for a longer time. I have been wearing them almost every day for about 3 weeks and it is getting better all the time. Do you, as a heel godess, think if i will be able to walk decent in 4" heels and how long will it take to me get there. Maybe you have some advice to learn to walk in them faster.

  5. Yes that's what I don't get. Manny people ask me when I am wearing my 4" boots, Do they sell them in a man's size? Hello !!! I am a man and wearing them.... of course they sell them in my size. An old saying: If the shoes fits.....

  6. Yesterday I wore my 4" boots when I went to some friends of mine. We had something to discuss about the upcomming TT of assen next week. One of my friends opened the door and looked a bit strange... he said "what are you standing strange and what are you going in girlie shoes" A other friend om my who already saw me in 2.5" boots a other time shouted from a other room that I was just waering nice boots. (He hadn't seen my new 4" boots at that time). Later we all went to meet up with some more friends. After about 2 hours his girlfriend came home and she saw the imediately and asked if they walked nice en easy, I told her: not they don't I have to practice some more in them. Than the others started joking a bit about that I sould'n walk in grass or mud, than I would sink in quite a bit. I was happy that we all went home my veet realy started to hurt (not showing  )

  7. mmmmm thanx for the advice. The with of the shaft of the boot is getting bigger a bit with each time I wear them they fit better. The Spenco soles i stil have to get somewhere, than I can realy wear them a lot more.

  8. I had surprisingly little reaction on my heels. I have worn my 2.5" heels now about 4 weeks and most of my friends where verry positive about them. My latest buy most havent seen yet. They are 4" Last sunday there was a BBQ at my parents house. eventually they saw the shoes, My brother and father didn't care to mutch, only wanting to ask if they walked comfy. and my mother kept asking if it was the latest fassion. An other friend of mine saw it imediatly and asked if the heels where a but to small to walk on. But till now no negative coments.
