Then he should take my first advise which is to late and should have told her about his passion for heels in the beginning. Maby it's already to late. How does he want to spend the rest of his life? I know I could not have a mate who would not except my heels as they are a part of me. He is just going to have to decide for his self on what to do.

Now honestly if it were me and I waited to long, I would just sit down and have a heart to heart before any shoe buying was done at all and see how she feels about me wearing heels. How's that?

I fully agree with Johnieheel.

It is better to have a heart to heart before trying. When I met my wife a longtime ago, it was the first thing I did with her and told her what I liked and what I am.....If you love me...take me as I am, if not goodbuy.

Eventually it is better being honest....

Nope, this isn't a problem at all. I have a size UK8, EU41. This seems to be an average female size. The only problem I have is with knee high boots and higher (tighthigh). I have quite large calfs, so I am restricted in this category... FL

Quite a few. I lost the count, should take some time to count them, but so far I would say about 40. Have recently bought two pairs of high heeled boots from pleaser. Two pairs of stilettos on ebay, red and a yellow pair and also a patent red 7" high heeled pair. Yeah, that's about wright 40 pairs FL

Hi, These are my latest boots, purchased from pleaser. One white pair and one black leather pair. They are great and very comfortable. I'm really pleased. FL

My (david) first attraction to high heels was to high heel Boots. When I was eleven/twelve (1968/69) my brother and his wife visited us for Christmas and she had these exquisite Carnaby Street style lace up knee high 3 inch heel Boots. I was mesmerized by them, they were beautiful and I had to try them on, which I did. Wow, I loved the look. While they visited for the two weeks i found every excuse under the sun to stay home so i could enjoy the Boots.

A year later I had the opportunity to visit them for three weeks, I was thirteen and to my delight I discovered three pairs of knee high, high heel Boots in her closet. Again I would spend every opportunity in a pair. By age fourteen I was determined to have my own pair of high heel Boots and the opportunity arose on a family vacation to Las Vegas in the summer of 1971. By this time i had a box full of scrapbooks with every magazine photo i could find of high heel Boots.

In Las Vegas I spotted the Boots I wanted while walking downtown and the opportunity presented itself while my parents and sister took an afternoon nap. Wearing tight black cords i entered the store and asked the young sales Lady if she had the black suede knee high, 3 inch heel Boots in my size. She smiled, measured my foot which at the time was a size 10 Lady's (now I take an eleven) and returned with the Boots. She slipped both pairs on my legs over the cords and asked me to make sure the fit was right. The sight of me in the Boots in the mirror in the store was priceless. I paid for the Boots and wore the Boots out of the store and back to the hotel, up to my room. The look on my parents face when they asked me to come into their room I will never forget! I was ordered to take the Boots back to the store, which i did however not only did I keep the black suede Boots but bought the identical pair in brown tan suede. The Boots went underground.

A few years later at age seventeen i found the Lady who would become my partner for life and my high heel Boot wearing was fully accepted by her and we've spent the past 33 years happily together.

I started wearing my sister high heel boots, I remember as it was yesterday, at the age of 11. The heel wasabout 4" and they where the pull on type. I really loved them and I asked my sister if I could have them. I would wear them when I took the dog for a walk in the street in the early evening, so I didn't attracked some noisy neighbours asking what a young boy was doing on the road with high heels on. And also for my friends, they where already inside. Once a friend walked up to me, I had very long trousers on with those wide legs..... It was quite exciting, he didn't notice, only that I was taller then usual but he blamed the streetlights and when I told him I was wearing a pair of high heels, he didn't believe me. About a year later my father discovered the boots in my closed together with my small collection of high heeled shoes and sandals out the charity shop and he threw them all in the bin. He was angry with me and my mum had a word with him. He actually never appoligised for thrawing my shoes away, but he seemed to understand after he had a chat with my mum. I was very angree with him specially when I discovered that healso chucked my favourite boots away. I really loved thes ones and hope to find some simillar boots again. Meanwhile 30 years later, i have again a small collection of shoes, boots and sandals and wear them as much aspossible. Sometimes I go for a walk in them with the dog. Shopping..... I haven't done that yet....maybe soon. FL

Only pumps though, or rather, everything except boots.

I think black patent-shiny boots would give me a sense of "coarseness". Ok maybe I'm too young to know, who knows...

Hi SarahG, I would agree with the shiny shoes, they attract me more as well. But seeing a stiletto in black suede, I think, and that is personal opinion, it gives a kind of mystical touch to the wearer. But again that is my opinion. FL

it's nothing to worry about not to know that AT is Austria. it's such a small country and most people think about Australia when they read Austria .

I placed this on the girls area as I was interested in what they have to say but I feel I would like to know what the boys think as well as the girls.

I have noticed that the rounded toe style of high heels are back in fashion not that they ever went far away, I have a pair or two in the wardrobe, but I saw this gorgeous little pair of black patent high heels, round toe and had to buy them. While shopping I saw the same pair with a little platform and if I had enough money I would have had them too.

My question to you all is which do you prefer and think look the sexier pointed or round toe. I love them both.

Boys do you like to look at my high heels and how they make me walk, round toes or pointed.

I would love to know how seeing a girl in really high heels affect you?

My personal preference goes to the rounded toe, I think they are more sexier than the pointed toe. But again this is my opinion.

The platform high heels with rounded toes are my favourit, I have just bought a pair of ankle boots from pleaser, SKY 3000 and I love them.

What the wearer concernes, as fiddler, if I see a woman wearing them and she wears them with pride, I will admire her and her walk. As well some envy wishing I could wear them as well, maybe next to her...

I wish we could see more of high heel wearers, maybe for us as well....

Unfortunately I couldn't get them, I put that order in the year 2003 if you checked the thread it shows the date on it. The reason is because their website where I placed the purchase didn't take it. I was so dissapointed.

I hope you get yours, I'm looking some other heels to buy. I have sent a few emails to othere stores online but no one replies my request like for example:

Italian Heels, Elite-Heels, Leatherworks. The only one who I get replies are from La Piazza.
