On Tuesday I bought these:
In green...a really good comfortable shoe / real leather
And these (dont take any notice of the web site saying there are no size 9 / 42 in stock ) if you go to the store they do have them, perhaps they have limited quantities?

And these :

Nice and high....a real 5.5 inch heel / real leather / real fit
Barratts have loads of stock of Size 42 shoes and they are really pleased to help.
Aldo also had loads of size 42 . I could have spent hundreds of pounds. This is the first time I have ever felt like I had a real choice of high-street shoes that fit, off the shelf. I shan't bother with provincial shops, with their feeble stock range any longer. Oxford Street is the place to go from now on !

The gay guy obviously fancies him and loves the outfit, look at the way he starts to touch himself ! Laughing (forced of course) is the way he vents his frustration !!

I love these shoes. The heel looks strong for all-day wearing...something that is often a problem for me !! New Look does something similar but these look higher which is another problem for me....high street shoes are never quite high enough...agreed??? M

I want them more than Benno.

What a wonderful thread this has turned out to be, with some really interesting perspectives. (J&J) I do not think that statistical conclusions can be drawn from the ratio of women and men that respond as, firstly, we do not really know the gender of the writers and ,secondly, there would need to be the same number of each. I would guess there are far more men who contribute to these threads. I should not have written anything at all, really, as the original question asks if women HERE want their guys in heels. I know several women who like to see me in high heels but they are not HERE. The people here are very special, as they have an intellectual curiosity and love of the subject. Those women who appreciate my high shoes are not here, as yet, because it is not a compelling issue for them. I provide the answers to their possible questions 'in the real world'. If they are minded, they will be here soon....I will have a few words.... M

Dear Amanda, I have read your comments, in this thread, and I am sure you have described accurately the ordinary objection that an average woman might have regarding an high heeled man. In your economic way with words, you have explained the common sense of the matter. This view is entrenched and directly linked to the desire to be accepted, loved and secure within a language of visual expectation that has tradition and structure. It has little to do with freedom or expression, it is more akin to the lives of sheep in a field. Thankfully there is enough apathy in the world for me to wear what I like most of the time, without consequences. As a child I most assuredly 'read a book by it's cover' but life has taught me that this is a feeble perspective. I embrace free thinking and try hard to judge people by their words and actions, if there appearance is unconventional or ordinary it matters little to me. Do you think that fashions in clothing will stagnate in a world where we are encouraged to follow like sheep? regards Michael

Hi, 6 years is rather a lot of posts to catch up with.... Rather than read them all I can tell you that high heels are as popular as ever with men and women....thats about it in a nut-shell !! Welcome back and, if you find the time, give us your thoughts on the subject. M

Interesting reading this thread.. I have found, lately, that because I wear heels nearly all the time people are dissapointed if I do not wear them. The men that know me are a little reserved about it, they come around in the end when they realise how comfortable most of the women are about it. If I turn up at a party without heels I have known men and women say they had been looking forward to seeing the heels I had chosen. I have had them tell friends to 'look out for my heels' and then I let them down !! So I really HAVE to wear them in a way...at least until it becomes more common for other men to wear them and this is starting to happen. My girlfriends now EXPECT and DEMAND it !! M

GREAT so we are looking at saturday Aug 1st. Venue choice? do we need to exchange the venue in private? can we get 6 of us to agree?????? M

Generally Faith sizes are generous. I find a size 42 (UK8) is wide and long enough, unlike Office (which I love but they are small ) M

Could I do some volunteer work?

Hello, Here are some tips : Buy her some shoes, high ones, show her you are interested in footware. Buy some heeled boots (for yourself) that are borderline between mens and womens mainstream fashion. Perhaps western boots (black?) with 3 inch heels. Wear them as much as possible and then report back here for the next set of tips !! cheers M

Great pictures of some interesting shoes. I am a great believer in high heeled shoes that are strong and comfortable, so they can be worn all day. I am not fat, but quite heavy, and I need a strong heel. These are well suited to men who tend to be heavier than women. I do hope these are available in a size 42?? I will be buying some.... M

I have been a member of this Facebook section for about 6 months. Some interesting pictures. We should have our own UK high heeled men section...... M

These are party shoes, not hiking shoes. For 10 miles you need strong heels, as high as you like, but strong. None of these will be any good; you will be in pain or worse they will fall to pieces. Bespoke sponsorship sounds a good idea ! M
