Francis
Get the puncture repair kit ready !! Not my cup of tea, but then I'm not wearing them If you think they look good then get them. After all, that's what it's all about !
Dexter23
I wonder if they feel heavy on your feet. They must weigh more than normal 4" boots.
Arctic
hey im considering buying these boots....what do you guys think? http://store.alloy.com/catalog/browse/productview.asp?PRODUCT_ID=12035&PARENT=106&PARENT=1011 Not what I would buy, because the real lift seems not to be that much and they aren't made out of leather. But if you like them I see no reason NOT to buy them. Nobody is going to give you a second look in those so, why not? Bert What's all the fuss about? Highluc
Terra, these look a lot like some pairs I have. The upsloping front of the sole will make walking really effortless and the shafts are high to keep your legs warm. A pity they are not real leather and that might cause you some problems because they don't stretch a bit too mould around your feet. Are those boots intended for outside wear during winter and is that maybe the reason of the minimal lift between the heel and platform? Keep us informed. By the way they had nice platform sandals and shoes on that website. Be youself, enjoy any footwear you like and don't care about what others think about it, it's your life, not theirs. Yamyam
They're a bit urban for me, but if it's what you want, go for it! (Still disappointed that the workboots didn't fit ) Obsessed is such a strong word. Joak
Welll, not really my kind of style - forit is to much platform or to less heel in this boot style... Joak
azraelle
Glad someone took my advice to shop at alloy...too bad it was THAT particular style though!!! Are you sure that you aren't a "closet goth" terayon?? Seriously, though, if that's what gives you your fix, then more power to ya. terayon
im not a closet goth, i LOVE wedge heel boots, and those are the only ones they have in size 11 if i was a size 10, id prolly get these http://store.alloy.com/catalog/browse/productview.asp?PRODUCT_ID=11767&PARENT=106&PARENT=1011 btw: what do you guys think of these? http://www.skechers.com/shop/women/default.jhtml?GENDER=W&STYLE=BOOTS&COLOR=B&STYLECODE=3708&INDEX=0&NEXTSHOE=6&SORT=null
Highluc
Well Terra, I think the Skechers look better and probably will feel better as well. Their lower platform will making it easier wearing them under your baggy jeans in public while the heel will feel nicer. Again a pity they are not real leather and the higher shafts are not available in your size. Have fun choosing. Dexter23
I totally agree witch Highluc, the lower platforms you can wear a lot easier, I would even wear them to work, and probably there wouldn’t anybody be having any problem with me wearing them. Yamyam
Both pairs are quite nice, but I think the Sketchers pair wins overall. Darn my predeliction for wedges. Obsessed is such a strong word.
