bladerunner Posted January 14, 2006 Posted January 14, 2006 Have read up on doing this to leather, and all seem to suggest wetting and stretching, not a good idea with suede.Any ideas? Ie good quailty boot stretchers i can buy on the high street. I just love those suede heels!!!!!
jmc Posted January 14, 2006 Posted January 14, 2006 I got some nice stretchers from "wood-n-stuff.com" on eBay. A bit pricey but they are high quality, well made and will likely last as long as I will need them. Have a happy time!
Dr. Shoe Posted January 14, 2006 Posted January 14, 2006 You could stretch them dry or instead of using water, a leather softener is better and can be used on suede. Graduate footwear designer able to advise and assist on modification and shoe making projects.
