TXT-1 Posted October 20, 2004 Posted October 20, 2004 Yeah, That would be right!... I can just picture that someone, somewhere in the world says "happy birthday" to someone and a while later gets sued by that toy company! LOL later, TXT-1
Bubba136 Posted October 20, 2004 Posted October 20, 2004 Some years ago I read a story in a newspaper that someone had copywrited the song "Happy Birthday" and wanted to begin collecting royalties every time it was sung at a birthday celebration in a private home or broadcast over radio and TV. It hasn't worked. People have basically ignored the copywrite and the song continues to be a favorite for celebrations. I would imagin the same would happen to this company. People will continue to use the saying and the Chinese can "stick it in their ear." Being mentally comfortable in your own mind is the key to wearing heels in public.
nhoj62 Posted October 20, 2004 Posted October 20, 2004 typical there was bound to be some idiot company who would try it, bet it wont last long and as the toys with that brand can only be used for one day a year by the receipient wot is the point?. later nhoj62 the higher the boot, the higher the heel, the better the feeling!
