Richy Posted July 3, 2004 Posted July 3, 2004 Thought I'd share a few video grabs of Celina (from celina's heels) wearing 18 centimetre high heels, and managing very well in them as well.
Guest Posted July 4, 2004 Posted July 4, 2004 Great pictures thanks! For those that are wondering - I've done a quick conversion and 18 cm = 7 inches!!! Richy - can you post a link to Celina's website? I'd love to see more. Bob.
JeffM Posted July 5, 2004 Posted July 5, 2004 If you check out Celina's site you will see she has some 19 or 20 cm shoes on order from 6IHF. It will be interesting to say the least to see if she can walk in these. Jeff
Mickey S. Posted July 5, 2004 Posted July 5, 2004 These 19.7cm shoes are not from 6IHF. Sure enough they can make them as well. Originally, these shoes were made by a Californian shoemaker whose company was called 'Solanj Shoes'. I got a pair with 20cm heels from them myself back in 1999. Unfortunately, the old man who run the company retired and passed away about 2 or 3 years ago. CU! -Mike
Richy Posted July 6, 2004 Author Posted July 6, 2004 Here's a few more, including a couple of her ballet shoes and her 19.7 cm heels, which amazingly, she can put on, without having to sit down or any sort of support.
Trolldeg Posted July 6, 2004 Posted July 6, 2004 I don't think she walks very gracefully at all in the higher heels. She needs to spend some more time in 5"...
asdf174 Posted July 6, 2004 Posted July 6, 2004 I'm getting ready to order a pair of pumps like those. It's all good. ~Arron.
Guest Posted July 7, 2004 Posted July 7, 2004 Thanks for the link! There's some great stuff here, my favourite is the shopping trip video, take a look: http://www.celinas-heels.com/freie_videos/shoppingfrei.mpg I'd say she walks very gracefully in these.... Bob.
virginie Posted July 19, 2004 Posted July 19, 2004 Amazing, and I thought I accomplished quite something because I can handle 3 to 4 inch heels on a daily basis. Simply amazing stuff.
new_look Posted July 25, 2004 Posted July 25, 2004 ive seen these too. interesting, although i agree she appears a bit unsteady in some. for example the boots which are not her highest heels by far she is a confident walker in the shopping trip though daz
Richy Posted September 14, 2004 Author Posted September 14, 2004 These are Celina's 20cm heels, from 6 inch heels forever. Yes, she is a bit unsteady on them, but how many of us could even contemplate being able to stand on on 8" heel, let alone walk.
chris100575 Posted September 14, 2004 Posted September 14, 2004 Although walking in those is quite an accomplishment, personally I don't like the shoes very much. IMO the heels are too high <<ducks for cover!>> and it spoils the proportions of the shoe. My favourites are the metallic court shoes with the ankle straps. Chris
greatspikeheels Posted September 14, 2004 Posted September 14, 2004 Does Celina show her face on her web site any full body shots? Richie are you member? Or are those from the free section? Very nice but for me it is very important to see the entire lady... hope to see all of her she seems like an amazing woman
JeffM Posted September 14, 2004 Posted September 14, 2004 Yes Greatspikeheels you can see Celinas face and full body in a number of her pics. Some she is wearing sunglasses but in many she shows her. face. Try going here http://www.celinas-heels.com/freie_galerie.htm Jeff
virginie Posted September 14, 2004 Posted September 14, 2004 This celina is truly an artist. very amazing.
JeffM Posted September 15, 2004 Posted September 15, 2004 I was just having a look at Banana Shoes to see if there was any thing new. They have in the sandals a model called Forplay in red or black with the shoe size and heel in combination. Sizes 4 and 5 have 6 1/2 inch heels Sizes 6, 7 , 8 and 9 have 7 inch heels Sizes 10, 11 and 12 have 7 3/4 inch heels. The fact that the heels heights are related to the shoe size possibly means the heels heights are genuine. Jeff
Paul (North-East) Posted September 15, 2004 Posted September 15, 2004 Wow! that's amazing, how does she walk in those heels! Thanks for the pics and link guys. Cheers, Paul.
WickedHeelz Posted September 15, 2004 Posted September 15, 2004 ... the heels are too high There ain't no such animal. I love the black pumps with the red heels. I've been wanting a pair of those.
nhoj62 Posted September 15, 2004 Posted September 15, 2004 not sure i like the look of those red ones the heel is so high the toe box is out of shape, not keen on them. personally i would have them with a platform to keep the toe box in shape. failing that get some ballet heels. later nhoj62 the higher the boot, the higher the heel, the better the feeling!
raccoon Posted September 15, 2004 Posted September 15, 2004 ... personally I don't like the shoes very much. IMO the heels are too high <<ducks for cover!>> and it spoils the proportions of the shoe. ... Ok, my turn to hide from everyone's wrath Too high heels are a turn off... for at least 2 reasons IMHO. Either if they cause the instep to excessively bulge forward or if there's too little room for an underslung heel, forcing it to point straight down. A high heel is a means to sexy and elegant foorwear, not a purpose in itself!
WickedHeelz Posted September 15, 2004 Posted September 15, 2004 Bah! You're a bunch of flats-wearers. <duck and run> I'm teasing. I'm actually with nhoj about a platform making the red ones even better. Though I don't think the heels are too high, there's no way I could take even one step in those. I'm not so sure I could even sit around with them on for very long.
Anne_Louise Posted September 16, 2004 Posted September 16, 2004 I think those red ones look lovely from the rear but quite distorted from the side - I don't think I should like to wear them unless her feet are a lot smaller than mine in which case they might look less distorted on me. I never thought I would ever say a pair of shoes is too high! The red/black 7" (?) ones are absolutely lovely, a beautifully curved heel and very elegant shoe. I think they will be my next shoes, once I feel comfortable in 61/2". Whenever I see a picture like that I want to get straight to the phone and order some, but I have to be practical and patient. And I should never, no not ever, never wear spoil them with a platform!
TXT-1 Posted September 16, 2004 Posted September 16, 2004 I agree with raccon about the "bulge" on Ultraheels! those red heels look absolutely stupid they look like something you would see in fetish artwork that has been brought to life! I like the look of 5"- 7" classic pumps I may have to get a pair eventually later, TXT-1
007 Posted September 16, 2004 Posted September 16, 2004 You're all so right...they are "impracticaly" high... ...but darn it: I'd love to own a pair to really have to squeeze my foot into and try on. What a turn on! Who cares about the practicality of something so tall, slender and elegant like those (granted we all have to have something a little more "down to Earth" and wearable in our cupboards for "outings"). And maybe I'll order myself something similar from 6IHF as soon as I see the feedback on orders from the likes of Xaphod & jenniferhouston1 (http://www.hhplace.org/hhboard/viewtopic.php?t=3222&start=40) Oh...Hurry up...I need some V18's before Xmas!!!!!
Mausi Posted October 24, 2004 Posted October 24, 2004 I love the first pic, the shoes are very nice! http://www.hausnummer6.com/mausi/index.html
wheels Posted November 10, 2004 Posted November 10, 2004 I bought these as 6 inchers but they measure 7. I can't walk in them. I can stand up for about 10 seconds. I still enjoy wearing them. Heel thyself Over 50 pairs of heels now on my website at www.geocities.com/wayneheels/
