My only advice when wearing latex is to be very careful of sharp edges as they can tear the latex and ruin the garment.

Best advice I have heard for that is to give the inside of the garment a coating of talcum powder so that it does not stick to you skin as you put it on. Of course then you need a polish to make the outside shiny again once you have it on.
