Knees Hurt From Stiletto Boots

My knees just kill from wearing high heels. I don't get any pain from chunky heels. Please help! I love my spike heels but the pain is hard to deal with!

Just a quick question are your knees slightly bent when wearing your thin heels? I overcame a simular problem by wearing the heels at home a lot and keeping my knees dead straight, appeared to work.

That would have caused the problem. Also, at least one of the heels isn't straight which causes you to make some unusual corrections to your balance causing some of the muscles in your leg to ache.
