massimo Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 There is a Payless almost right across the street from work. As I drove by today I notices no cars in the lot so I decided to stop in. The women there is on the phone so I make my way to the size 11 isle and take a look. I tend look for shoes I can wear in public under woman's jeans. When I do wear them, I like to show that they are women's shoes but not flaunt it... So, I took of my socks and shoes and put on a pair of their footies and trie on a pair of black round toed wedge heels (http://www.payless.com/store/product/detail.jsp?catId=cat10088&subCatId=cat10284&skuId=098295110&productId=70540&lotId=098295&category=&catdisplayName=Womens). The attendant got off the phone and walks over to greet me and clearly sees that I am wearing women's heels. I didn't budge. She just smiles and gives here usual speech about sales, etc. She tells me if I need anything to feel free to ask. I said thank you and continued on trying on shoes. I was hopeing she would make her way back to see if I needed anything else, but that did not happen. But, she was very cordial and not surprised at all to see a man in heels. I didn't buy those that she saw, but I did buy a really cute pair of mary janes and a pair of brown flats: http://www.payless.com/store/product/detail.jsp?catId=cat10088&subCatId=cat10276&skuId=087013130&productId=68790&lotId=087013&category=&catdisplayName=Womens http://www.payless.com/store/product/detail.jsp?catId=cat10088&subCatId=cat10270&skuId=086873065&productId=69178&lotId=086873&category=&catdisplayName=Womens I can't wait to wear the mary janes next week to the mall with some women's boot cut jeans. I am thinking of buying a women's shirt to wear it also so I can be fully dressed as a woman. I will drive about 1/2 hour away to go to a mall that has good stores and is usually not too busy...
niknhose Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 I love those mary janes. I have 3 pairs of them now and they are really comfy after the first day. I wear them almost everyday to work. I don't have any problems with the sales-girls at payless, they are really friendly and when they see me in heels they seem to enjoy talking about shoes . -Nikki
