I recently switched to high heel for dress. I have never had a yearning to wear high heels and am such a streight man that I surprize myself. I February of this year I was in Target's shoe department alone and saw a pair of six inch heels in black patent leather. They were very pritty with there stilletto heels and one inch platform soles. I just had an urge to put them on. So I found a pair that were size 11 and sat down and slipped them on. I was surprized that they fit so well and that I could walk with no trouble at all. I didn't buy them because I was afraid that the slim heel wouldnt hold this 186# male frame. Later I was on target.com and bought three pair, two with 6 inch heels and one with 3.5 inch heels. I never got to wearing these regularly because they were not as comfortable as those beauties in the store. About three weeks ago I was back on target.com and spotted some ankle high boots that were on clearance and ordered a pair in black and a pair in brown. they have a 4 inch heels. When they arrived I tried them on and it was like they were made just for me. They fit like a glove and have never given me any pain. I started wearing them the very next day and my days are about 14 hours long. My feet have never felt better. If anyone asks me about my shoes I just tell them that I like to wear them and that they feel great. If the shoe fits wear them. I am an old man and intent to enjoy life to the fullest. Incidentilly, my wife is in full support of my change in foot wear. My advice: Don' keep a pair of shoes that hurt when you first put them on. Send them back. Most web sites that sell shoes advertise free shipping both ways.
