Guest Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 From Tesco this month for the Loafer fans. http://www.clothingattesco.com/shoes+boots/f+f-heeled-loafer-shoe/invt/bk120236/&bklist=icat,4,shop,catgwomens,womens-footwear With masculine reference to the loafer these shoes are full of feminine details. Finished in a solid colour they are detailed by a strap across the pointed toe, delicate stitching and a platform sole. Blocky high heel Textured sole for added grip Thought you may like the reference Al
Guest Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 And this one from New Look http://www.newlook.com/shop/womens/shoes/patent-platform-peep-toe-heels_234672801 Hits 6.5" Al
Dr. Shoe Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 I don't really like either style. The loafer from Tesco is a bit old fashioned but not in a cool retro way and the New Look offering is a bit samey and looks identical to anything you can get from any vendor who sells Pleaser stuff. Graduate footwear designer able to advise and assist on modification and shoe making projects.
jwhite44 Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 ...With masculine reference to the loafer ...l Masculine maybe in appearance, but definitely not size.
roniheels Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 Masculine maybe in appearance, but definitely not size. And that's too bad. That's a good looking shoe that one could wear any time and any place.
Dr. Shoe Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 Not me I couldn't, not unless I wanted to dress like an elderly spinster. Graduate footwear designer able to advise and assist on modification and shoe making projects.
legs777777 Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 MMm quite like the one from New Look, nice heel hight.
fancyfeet Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 I don't care for the loafer-style heels. The platform heels aren't bad, but I can't imagine trying to walk in them.
