Jarl Ayari
I cannot get a good shine from polishing them. they almost looks like a satin matt finish. Whats the best way to polish them to get a finished leather shine. They were cleaned off with white spirit as per the Dylon instructions them dyed with two coats each which have given them a wonderful colour and even coat, just having trouble getting a shine back into them. Any suggestions.? Andi Smile and the whole world smiles with you, Fart and your on your own!!!
shoerepairer
Kiwi Parade gloss. Apply liberally with a cloth, then with a wet cloth wrapped around a finger work polish in small circular motions. although using cotton wool this is about as good as it gets http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xevO3aJcFs it takes many sessions to get to the shine on most of these videos but a more daily shine should be achievable using this method. You'll see many youtube videos where they use a heat gun for the first few layers, but I wouldn't go with this route on "normal" shoes! Lee Repair Reuse Recycle. Cobbler it.
